The piece-o-shit tires of that day could barely handle serious performance. 0 to 60 in under 6 seconds was a dicey proposition for rubber of the 70s, no matter what the car could do.
Full disclosure, the zero to sixty times are a complete guess. Carry on.

Many years ago in Hot Rod magazine (remember those?) there was an article about a guy with time and money to burn who stuffed a 427 into a Maverick but he had to modify the shock towers by taking out a section, so it would fit.
Whatevs.

Recent piece on Farcebook about bad/inappropriate dressing or costuming. A fellow commented about an aunt who made him wear, in public, the gray suit/white shirt/red bow tie get up of Pee Wee Herman.
Unfortunately for the guy, it was in 1991, shortly after Paulie pled no contest to a charge of indecent exposure, due to getting caught beating his meat in a Sarasota (FL) adult movie theater.
When I was a kid going to church in the early 70's, there was one boy who must have had a parent or parents with serious mental health issues, because he'd sometimes show up to Sunday School wearing a dress with a plastic "wig" over his hair. It looked sort of like this but was more of a plastic hat that was designed to look like hair. He was In the 8-9 year old range.

Astronaut Scott Kelly Delivers Out-Of-This-World Troll Of George Santos (msn.com)
If you've got a few minutes to spare, there are some pretty good trolls in this story about Santos. Or should I say, former astronaut Santos.

Joey Bosa should get a lot of the blame for that loss. Probably 'roid rage.

It was on this day in 1980, one of, if not the best album ever recorded there, was released, Permanent Waves. Their first album of the 80's and with some outstanding songs on it.

That first half was ugly. Feel bad for TCU, they are outclassed in every area.
Yep. I think even without the turnovers they'd still be getting spanked.
The worst part of this will be the SEC loudmouths.

They have a very tough road ahead. The Lions have a strong offense; they could win at Lambeau next week. The winner goes to the playoffs.
Packers got starting LT David Bakhtiari back this week. They're pretty healthy at the moment. They still miss top pass rusher Rashan Gary (ACL).
Every playoff game will be on the road. They'll have to play @ Minnesota, or Philly, or San Francisco (their arch-enemy).
I thought that was da Bearz (who are lousy this year)?

The Suckeyes lose. Now to see if TCU can beat Georgia.

I'm not a fan of Thunberg with her doom and gloom predictions and I have no idea with this tool is, but her reply is spot on. Read his Tweet at the bottom first.
