  3. I didn't know, you do movies too. Fantastic! Terry Gilliam could use you in editing.
  4. QUOTE (hunter @ Oct 5 2010, 08:11 PM) You post hard ones. http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e372/biffmalibu01012/Rush%20forum/yeller.jpg Damn, I know the one on the right. It's a hearse.
  5. I saw the original. Heard the remake was almost the same, including the swimming pool scene.
  6. The one removed must have been rated X.

The church police? Yeah, and they work their batons like Neil in your sig. You mean they drop them? That's right. Therefore, I think King Arthur has a chance to complete the tusk...er, task. Can you think of any gifs to be made? I don't think you did the "Twit of the Year Show" yet. That may take a whole page, though.

  10. QUOTE (KW84 @ Oct 6 2010, 07:45 PM) http://mydivx.lihoman.ru/order/direct/monty/gilliam.holy.grail2.jpg GOD: Arthur! Arthur, King of the Britons! Oh, don't grovel! If there's one thing I can't stand, it's people groveling. ARTHUR: Sorry-- GOD: And don't apologize. Every time I try to talk to someone it's "sorry this" and "forgive me that" and "I'm not worthy". What are you doing now!? ARTHUR: I'm averting my eyes, oh Lord. GOD: Well, don't. It's like those miserable Psalms-- they're so depressing. Now knock it off! ARTHUR: Yes, Lord. GOD: Right! Arthur, King of the Britons -- your Knights of the Round Table shall have a task to make them an example in these dark times. ARTHUR: Good idea, oh Lord! GOD: 'Course it's a good idea! Behold! Arthur, this is the Holy Grail. Look well, Arthur, for it is your sacred task to seek this Grail. That is your purpose, Arthur -- the Quest for the Holy Grail. I hope they succeed. They must watch out for the police, though.
  11. QUOTE (HowItIs @ Oct 6 2010, 06:19 AM) Another Dr. Who fan, here. I remember Peter Cushing as The Doctor in Dr. Who and the Daleks (yes, I am old, why do you ask?). Didn't see it again until our PBS station started running the Tom Baker series way back when. But then I lost touch again. Imagine my surprise and joy when I happened upon one of the Eccleston episodes a few years ago on BBC America (we'd just got that channel and me being the Anglophile I am, I had to check it out and got lucky). I watched on and off (the timeslot wasn't too convenient for me) and missed the switch from him to Tennant. Eccleston revived The Doctor brilliantly but Tennant gave the role a wonderful alive-ness. You could really see in him both the sheer joy and the terrible sorrow that being a Time Lord entailed. Such depth! He is, IMO, the best Doctor ever. Matt is.... good. He has horribly big shoes to fill and I don't envy him the challenge. But his Companion is terrific. I really like her. Can't wait to see the next season! BTW, BBC America runs repeats at 5:00 PM EST (2:00 my time) every weekday. Then another one at 3:00 AM (midnight for West Coast). I'm catching up on ones I missed this way. I'm not up on the new Doctors but I can see you are. I heard that lately, the sonic srewdriver is getting our heroes out of trouble a bit too often. Have you noticed that?

Is this strictly releveant? Quizzed learned lovely, Justice Maltravers. Seventy-eight-year-old Justice hails from Esther, and he's been making a big name for himself at the recent Assizes at Exeter. All will be revealed soon m'lud, quipped tall forty-two-year-old Nelson Bedowes. Cutie QC Nelson's keen on negligence and grievous bodily harm at Gray's Inn. And with cases like he's won we bet Gray's in when Nelson's around. It's only a bleeding parking offence. Parking offence, schmarking offence, m'lud. We must leave no stone unturned. Call Cardinal Richelieu. Hello everyone. You know, I just love your country. London is so beautiful at this time of year. So-called Cardinal, I put it to you that you died in December 1642. That is correct. Ah ha! He fell for my little trap. Curse you Inspector Dim! You are too clever for us naughty people. And furthermore I suggest that you are none other than Ron Higgins, professional Cardinal Richelieu impersonator. It's a fair cop.
