  1. I got 2 truckloads of units of vinyl today that made an easy day of unloading them on the forklift. I like these days. Whatever...Now get to fu(k!n work guys!!! Those CNC machines and chop saws won't feed themselves! GET TO WORK!!!!
  2. My dad flew B-29's in the Korean conflict. He's dead now and didn't want me to say anything about it but I can't resist. (LONG STORY!!!!!!) This one goes out to YOU dad!! I loved the stories you told me and I'll pass them along to my Son who I named after YOU, RIP dad!!!! I'll always miss you!!!! I watched you take your last breath.....

Great post. Sounds like your dad was a great father and a good soldier. http://www.motherjones.com/files/images/marines-three-volley-salute.jpg

Thank you goose! Dad was very quiet about his missions. He didn't want people to know about what he was ordered to do. That's where the he didn't want me to say anything about it part comes in. What pilot wants to talk about killing people that is not face to face, kinda thing... I guess? Even though he's dead now, I had to say (at least) something about it. He dropped many bombs and killed many people although he was ORDERED to do it! WAR IS HELL!!!! (he used to tell me) I fly planes myself with my kids for pleasure. I fly a modified Cessna 172 with an instructor who owns the plane.... whatever....thanks dude!

    She's that old????

    Where did the time go?

I wonder that myself Nettie. I don't know where the time goes but it sure does go.
  5. I wanna honor Mr. Carry Voss. He was a platoon Sargent in the Viet Nam war. He's dead now but he told me stories about the war that made me wonder why he's still alive. If you could've heard those stories, you'd wonder the same thing. The bombs, the bullets, the choppers, the fire!!!! WOW!!!! This one goes out to Mr. Carry Voss! A past dear friend of mine and guy I just admired for who he was and what he did. RIP Mr. Carry Voss! I'll ALWAYS miss you..... (1 shot 1 kill)

  6. Has it actually left the solar system this time? I've read the headline about 5 times over the course of the last year with a correction each time saying "no, it wasn't last time because ______:

It has finally got past the heliopause so it is out of the solar system proper, but it still has to get past the Oort cloud which the sun has a loose influence over. To get to the inner edge of could take 300 years and to fly beyond it could take 30,000 years. So in that case it's gonna be a while, but I wouldn't count that as truly part of the solar system so yeah in my opinion it's out.

    Here's a map.
