No, there isn't one for Closer to the Heart.There are promos for Xanadu, A Farewell to Kings, Circumstances and La Villa Strangiato Actually, there is one for CTTH - from the same set as the other 2 from AFTK. You can see some of it at the beginning of the Story Of Rush documentary that was made/shown in 2002 around the time of the release of Vapour Trails. It is definitely from the era and from the same set.
