Ya I actually read that book, it was pretty good. Like, the book isn't only about that one song, it incorporates other songs into it, like the Priests of Syrinx, YYZ, and a bunch of other classic

I dunno. But i think you can write a book based on a song because it's a different media. As long as you don't use the character names. (Fan-fic does it all the time but i don't think you're supposed to.) But the red barchetta doesn't have any named characters.
