To me, he looks equal parts A-mused and Be-mused. I saw this picture in another community, and someone there said that the person is a dominatrix from New Jersey called Mistress Rhiannon. Where, when, and WHY that picture was taken remains unexplained. Perhaps she is a Rush fan!
