1st. Im a bit new to it all, this only my second show, but its the first time im taking care of the finances . I bought the VIP package with the tickets on friday and under the description on the ticketmaster site it says that an email should've been sent shortly after, etc, etc. well its wednesday and still no email. does anyone know what the deal with this is or how this whole package thing works?
2nd. Hows the view from the 12th row on alex's side? specifically in west palm. i realized later after i bought the tickets that since im a short guy i might be lookin at a bunch of the whole show. i hope not though.
