  1. Just had a long talk with Management about my wages, my job and my working environment. It didn’t go very well.

Of course the Boss is gonna say, “I can’t do anything about your wages.” It’s all controlled by the Company, you know. The new guy working right next to me is making $1.40 an hour more than I am, but that’s just too bad for me.

That is total crap. Sorry to hear

  2. Denise and I don't tolerate TV commercial interruptions. We binge stream stuff but we're all caught up. We don't want to risk spoilers and stuff, so we'll watch tonight. Does the Paramount Network sensor all the F-bombs and boobies?

Pretty intense start to the new season! So far after two episodes, still a great series!

  3. Haven't been on here since the debacle. Well that brought back memories of last year. I haven't screamed at my screen like that in a while! Just awful all around and I have to believe that was an aberration. It was so far away from how they have been playing, and I refuse to think that Denver somehow figured out the magic potion to destroy Dallas. After next week my thoughts may chnage.

  4. Well that was unexpected! Defense came up big when needed. Cooper Rush was pretty solid with a few expected mistakes. Zeke's catch and run at the end was spectacular!

That was the play of the game. The way he split those defenders and made two more miss, running over one on the way to the first down was absolute greatness. I've been racking my Cowboys memory for a harder, more determined run after catch by a RB and I'm not sure there is one. Mabey Hershel, he caught a bunch and ran hard.

Make no mistake, this was a big win for Dallas. To pull off a win in a tough environment with your backup QB that no one else wanted could end up meaning a bye come the postseason. Of the one loss teams, Dallas has by far the easiest schedule remaining. I'm cautiously optimistic.

They were absolutely prepared to lose and that is why they sat Dak. They have a big lead and could afford a loss. To get a win there is beyond huge.

  5. Cowboys 20, Vikings 16.

    Never a doubt. :P

How could there be with RUSH Force 10 leading the way? :haz: This team is far from perfect but they've got balls. Worth watching.

Dak must be getting nervous. Memories of Romo being out injured and what happened there LOL.

  6. OK who voted for Cyndi Lauper?? Fess up.

Pretty sure I voted for Cyndi's album, which is an easy choice. Black and Blue is an inconsequential album, whereas Unusual had a big impact on music at the time and also featured some iconic 80s classic hits. I don't think I picked her as overall artist, but if I did, lol.

I really like Black and Blue but then I am a massive Stones fan and could be a little bit biased!
