The new movie looks like Stranger Things meets Goosebumps.
I'm all shades of excited.
It looks ridiculous and that's all that matters!
Yes! Also add in a touch of "The Goonies" that one kid has an Asthma inhaler.
Beverly is totally kick ass...

Hey BArney, who do you train with in Canada? I joined one of the Running Room clinics - the Rosedale one - and I´m training for the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon in October 22nd. Should be an interesting run. I´ll do 29km next Sunday.
Did you move to Canada? You work not too far from me. I am with Running Room too, but north of the city. I am running that race too, but I am not aiming for a PR but pacing a friend. My target time is 4:30ish.
BTW, I got into Boston!!
Let's hook up. Send me a PM. We can go on a long run some time.

Didn't know what to expect, but I must say not too bad.

Finished the marathon on the weekend. 3:11:36.6. A whole 4 minutes faster than my debut last fall, and an over 10 minute Boston Qualifier. I'm happy.

Anyone watching? Loving it.

It's one of those books that I'd read time and time again. The 1990 movie (set out on a two-sided dvd) was okay, loved Tim Curry. Seen the trailer for this one - seems interesting, though this version of Pennywise might just unnerve the pants off me.
Tim Curry does audiobooks and apparently he's an awesome narrator.

Every time I see this thread, I think you guys are referring to this:

Going to sign up for my spring marathon this week. Going to aim for another BQ for 2018.

I dunno if you guys have had any experience with accupuncture, but I decided to stop the phisio for a few days and tried accupuncture - ONE session in and I´m feeling 80% better! The doctor says that with two more sessions I´ll be ready to hit the tracks again.
I had it done last year and that really helped. It's not a long-term fix, but it sure eases the pain a little.

Did the audio for this one. The narrator was fantastic. I swear to god he sounded just like JFK in the phone convo.

Never Let Me Go (Kazuo Ishiguro)
Fantastic!
Didn't know what to expect with that one. It turned out great
In all honesty the film matched the book for me perfectly. Very rare for that to happen!
So I've heard. I haven't seen it yet, but there is one critical part missed out of the film I hear. I can't remember exactly what, but it may have been when she was singing and dancing with the doll.

Awesome compilation. Metal Mutant and Speedball 2 were my favorites from that year.
