Ran the half, 1:27:43 or something. Ran Chicago few weeks before, 3:17:!4 or something. Didn't run well.

For those who read the book, the epilogue is kind of "way out there", like a Spielberg movie.
I think after Season 1, they are taking the opportunity to fill in the gaps of the story.

Finished Season 2. Absolutely love it.
Parts are filmed in my hometown btw. Took the kids to the hanging wall and the loopy bridge. Also the cafe where June would stop in.

Used to be severe and a sleep study did jack. I couldn’t sleep on my back or I would choke to death.
It went away a few years ago when I started running. Now I sleep on my back all the time.

I could even get past it leaving out all but the briefest cameo Rush image appearances (same one showed twice in different places), but the soundtrack itself and what did make the cut was just forgettable.
My daughter asked me to go see it to see if I thought she could see it. I agree, it was pretty bland...very much like watching someone else play a video game. Regarding the Rush references, I saw two distinct ones:
The poster on the wall and Aech's T-shirt at the end.
Are those the same ones you saw?

Saw it last night with my son and supermouse. Loved it!!
I really enjoyed the movie, and the Rush references in it. The movie was simplified a lot to work for film, and a lot of references were changed to make it work with licensing. I disliked the music and soundtrack of the movie, but it still works with the themes of the story.
Maybe I had the expectations for the movie being what it was. It wasn't nearly as bad as what they did with Ender's Game.

Our race was somewhat of a success. I helped my partner BQ by 9 minutes and she did earn a PB at 3:46:14. She wanted over 10 minutes but we had a rough last 10k. Fun times!

This morning I met up with Rod in Rosdale for a nice 10 mile run with his clinic. This is in the Rosedale area of Toronto (where Geddy lives).
The two of us will be running the Scotiabank Toronto Marathon next weekend.
