My father gets pretty uncomfortable if he has to stand for too long, (and I would assume most people close to 60 would have that issue), so it does get on his nerves if everybody in the row in front of him is standing up. It's understandable.

Personally, I enjoy sitting down, relaxing, and taking in the music, rather than jumping around and flailing my arms like an asshole. smile.gif

Well, I have never been so insulted ! NOT HAHA!!

    I was born a asshole and I have a asshole for a wife !! yes.gif no.gif yes.gif no.gif

To each his own my 2.gif Friend !

I suppose your legally blind wife wife will never read your outlandish comments, so go ahead and insult her, and everyone else for that matter. Good luck to you, and peace man.....

It still comes down to a very simple principle. I should have the right to do with my property whatever the hell I want. And my concert ticket is my property. Same as my car, same as my couch, same as my iPad or a CD I own. If I want to sell it to someone who is willing to pay a certain amount, I should have that right.

Simply said, this statement says it all...

  3. Isn't selling VIP ticketes for 300.00 plus dollars which includes a bunch of "crap" with the package the same idea as scalping. Before you chastise me, I bought the VIP package on the last tour and enjoyed my 10th row seat, but I had the money and was willing to pay it. If others are willing to pay extra for the seat, then I would call this capitalism at it's finest.

I don't beleive you could possibly get the "Macallen" for 21.12, however if you could, I would like to know what store this is!!

The other night at the Mohegan Sun show, when Geddy was playing keyboards and they were showing an overhead view of him on the video screen, I noticed red and green stickers on some of the keys on both his keyboards.

Anyone know what they are for?

    My best guesses are:

    1) Reference points for when he is switching between keys and bass (similar to the dots on a guitar fretboard).

    or

    2) Indicators for keys that trigger samples...

    Anyone?

    Thanks

The Red and Green stickers remind Geddy of what it's like "Christmas in July".!!!

It reminds him of all the money they are making from the high ticket prices they are charging.!! All the best to them!!

  6. Good Luck Chris!!! Rain or Shine means "Rain or Shine", and don't give me that BS that a piece of equiptment was blown. You mean to tell me a million dollar band like Rush dosen't have back-up equiptment??

Frivorlous lawsuits should always be called-out, however, this is not one of them.

    Given a choice between...

    A) a drummer who's sometimes to drunk to play
cool.gif a drummer who's always trying to bang the fans' girlfriends
    C) a drummer who a consummate professional & great lyricist, but who skips meet & greets and runs to his bus

    ...I'd pick "C".

What about choice "D" All of the above!!
