  1. How it is just appealed to me first. There's still a lot of listening to this album.
  2. Wow, okay, this was a cd I just made (for my own listening of course) most recently that got my brain more focused on my job and it works really good! (song I voted for is only Rush - Moving Pictures song on cd) Frank Zappa - Who are the Brain Police Mystic Rythms Eminem - Brain Damage High water Pink Floyd - Brain Damage Vital Signs Pink Floyd - Hey You Available Light Suicidal Tendencies - Trip To The Brain Countdown Exodus - Brain Dead Between The Wheels Green Day - Brain Stew Geddy Lee- Moving To Bohemia Notice the analogy, Rush had Hemispheres, then Permanent Waves (maybe brain waves? . yeah i'm a little strange), then all of these songs are Moving Pictures or later, mixed with songs about brains. Now I know I'm strange.
  3. This is the famous Rush-Shifted-Styles album. Entre Nous kinda still had a reminisce of earlier albums, but the whole album is good. I have a cd I made (for my own listening of course) La Villa Strangiato The Spirit Of Radio Freewill Jacob's Ladder Entre Nous Different Strings Natural Science/Tom Sawyer (both on same track) (I) Tide Pools (II) Hyperspace (III) Permanent Waves then some other songs... Tupac - Changes Blind Melon - Changes 3 Doors Down - Changes Black Sabbath - Changes Good Charlotte - Changes yes - Changes mainly because of the massive overplay of Moving Pictures when it was released. I got so used to hearing red barchetta after Tom sawyer and on to YYZ, ... that I had to somehow seperate my listening between the 2 songs. It works good with the changes songs after the line in Tom sawyer, "...But Change Is..."
  4. I voted Xanadu. Maybe it's just because my mom's middle name is Olivia, but really every time I reach this song on the cd i turn it up alittle. It has so many complexities in it, that isn't in much rock. Notice the arrow emoticon. Didn't that have something to do with that O Newton John movie of the same name (with no real connection i know)
  5. I voted for Something for Nothing because when I got the album way back in like 1983 or something, I went right to that song because I'd heard it before and loved it. At the time I really didn't understand the Movement style of song like 2112, so it took some getting used to for me. On the radio I'd remembered loving earlier Rush song(s) (Fly By Night comes to mind) and I didn't get to hear this one on the radio.
  6. I voted Need Some Love, mainly because I made a cd (for my own listening of course) that started with that song, then went into Rivendell, then ... The Necromancer Grand Finale (live0/Passage to Bangkok (not live) A Farewell To Kings Xanadu Hemispheres Cinderella Man Madrigal Cygnus X-1 and it sure keeps me rockin sometimes
