Sweet ... ROLL TRIBE!!!! :ebert:

Whew Tribe survived,,, Bauer starting is always a fingers crossed proposition. Kluber on the mound tonight feel better about our chances. Just observation, but man those announcers really seemed butt sore because Porcello was rocked with those three homers. Really cheerleading him on inning afterward.. :cheerleader: Showing little bit of biased for the bean town boys... GO TRIBE!!!!!

As a Tribe fan , 2007 playoff series against BoSoxs was another sad chapter in Cleveland sports up 3-1 epic collapse. At least Tito will be on our bench this time. lol Not overly optimistic about our chances even with home field advantage depleted pitching staff could eliminate us quickly.. But this team has been resilient to say the least and has overcome adversity time and time again. So with lower expectations .. GO TRIBE!!!!The Sox went from worst to first to win the East division this year. The last two times they did that they won the World Series in 2007 and 2013. Congratulations to them winning the East and GO SOX!

Akron Ohio native, after battle with leukemia at the age of 74. Golden State all star and was instrumental latter in his career playing with the Cavaliers during the 1976 Miracle at Richfield season getting Cleveland to the Eastern Conference finals against Boston which the Celtics won in six. His number 42 is retired with the Warriors & Cavs

Yeah, but you guys never had to wait as long as us, When you have the Pats, Bruins even the Celtics they got ya covered in the championship department...

Go Tribe!!! Quietly kicking butt with all the excitement going on in Cleveland no ones paying attention.... Sad

But I'm a happy fool!!! :dweez: Look it, last year when the Warriors beat my Cavs I congratulated Golden State and Curry for his amazing series and championship run. Although i did allude to the fact if we had everyone healthy (Love & Irving) no doubt in my mind it would've been a different outcome.. That was basically how I said it. Nothing more. And then here comes a certain TRF member ripping Cleve in the same outdated tired worn out cliche way heard million times .. I responded that most people who spew this crap never been here and just feed off time warp 1970's stereotype.... AND THEN THE SH T HIT THE FAN FROM ANOTHER TRF REGULAR ( NOTICE THE CAP LOCK) He just went off slamming C town and the Cavs even more... So the old saying what goes around comes around! rings true... So perhaps i didn't need to comeback on here this way, but at the heat of the moment it felt right. Kinda like Dan Gilbert's letter to LeBron after his "decision". lol And really. my rant was mostly directed at the Golden State team not there fans ( EXCEPT ONE) Sorry, I'm still standing by what I said about them being poor sports after every set back they whined and complained that they were cheated It was embarrassing. From Mr.and Mrs. Ayesla Curry., Klay Thompson and his dad to Draymond Green putting his "foot" in his mouth and among other places. Then of all people coach Kerr put his $$$ in wasn't expecting that... So if you think what I said was uncalled for, just remember I DIDN'T START THE FIRE! :7up: CLEVELAND CAVALIERS WORLD CHAMPS 2016!!!!!

Cleveland is the poster child for this...Lovie Smith fired from the Bucs after 2 seasons
This is why some organizations find themselves in a perpetual cycle of losing...no continuity.

Glad to see the Bucs end season on a high note bittersweet "what if" year.. And a late congrats to local college powerhouse Division III Mt.Union Purple Raiders . Last month winning there 12th national championship most NCAA titles of any school on any level. There record since 2000 W225- L10- 0 Dynasty would be a understatement!

That's what I'm afraid of....Wow most of the top teams struggled yesterday.
Its looking like it will be one of those years. Year of the upsets.

Glad the Buckeyes made through the rugged MAC part of the schedule unscathed .. :eyeroll:

Ohio State hasn't played like they have a "easy" schedule.. Just awful slipshod performance all the way around! Turnovers play calling, time management one of the worse damn LUCKY wins I ever witnessed! Hats off to NIU Huskies they played to win not intimidated at all, 35point underdog my ass.. Embarrassing but relieved to survive..

Well, the Indians finally reached .500 for 8hrs... :( Split double header with Detroit four plus back final wild card spot.

I think the SEC is still one of the top conferences in the country. But there no longer considered invincible across the board. Like the B1G there's weak links along with competitive power houses.
Nobody who actually watches ALL the games believes that.OU beats UT.
Such a pathetic SEC performance today.
But wait, I thought the SEC was the preeminent, supreme, unparalleled, blah blah blah conference in the whole. entire WORLD?
The sports media and their sanctimonious fans sure think so.

Didn't the Arkansas coach complain about Ohio State cake schedule? Toledo Rockets??? Wow talk about karma biting you on the ass.. ;) Speaking of OSU cake serving today none to happy about Buckeyes lackadaisical win against Hawaii. Woke up in forth quarter to put the pretty rainbows away..

Agree, but fact is THE Ohio State Buckeyes way to talented let the Hokies gloat another season.... . I guess there's a chance they'll cling on to VT's half time lead for awhile.. :laughing guy:OSU!! 42-24. :haz:
Should have been a lot worse.

It is a silly concept on the fifth grade reading level.. But, I'm sure it could make the top 10 Scholastic books of the month. (#8 perhaps)Really only twenty minutes??? I can do that.
If you loved Goodnight Moon and If You Give A Mouse a Cookie, this book is for you (though there are a few more Rush references awkwardly thrown in.)

Don't forget Pere Ubu really stood out from the crowd musically and unique live performer to say the least! :D
Truth... David Bowie kicked off his Ziggy Stardust tour in Cleveland OH... Said Cleveland & Detroit one of the few American cities that "get and understood his music.."Gosh, I hope Geddy wasn't just going through the motions on Time Machine Cleveland gig when he said "Greatest audience ever!" Kinda proud of that accomplishment... ;)
He was talking to the cameras.. all of us! ;) ;)
Actually, there might be some truth to the Cleveland comment - I think it was Gene Simmons who said that Cleveland and Detroit had the most best, most dedicated fans
KISS came from the NYC area, but they didn't write "Manhattan Rock City" :D
And Ian Hunter says of his song titled Cleveland Rocks:
" . . . the inspiration for 'Cleveland Rocks' goes back to the old days when people used to make fun of Cleveland. Cleveland was 'uncool' and LA and NYC were 'cool'. I didn't see it that way. Lotta heart in Cleveland .
I'm sure that in the early days, RUSH had some good experiences in places like Cleveland and Detroit - as did KISS - esp when the "cool" cities were shunning them
And birthplace of The Dead Boys ... IMHO the best and most honest band to come out of the punk scene
