Against Me! the day before yesterday. They were awesome!
Great review, huh?
Not the same show, just a video of a new song.
-
I'm wearing a Day of the Dead shirt with Bub on it now, but I have to vote for Dawn.

The Descent is the best horror movie in a very long time. I love a lot of horror but this one is genuinely good instead of "so bad it's good". Plus the scene with the leg was f***ing gross.

Saw III's story sucked. The devices have gotten funnier though.

Whatever genre bands like Nickelback, Daughtry, Three Days Grace, Stone Sour, and Hinder are in...modern radio rock? It's like the same guy singing in every band. Easily the worst to me.

The Metal Slug series are the best arcade games ever. They're not from the 80s, but neither is Mortal Kombat.

It's been defiled.

I like the one where he was having a roundtable on religion, and said something like "so is Jesus real, or is he your father dressed up?"

Jack probably already posted this 9 years ago since he's always up on these things, but here:

No Neil in the trailer, but it looks funny.

Ice Cube was one of best, it's sad how far he fell.
I love rap though, f**k it.

That's my buddy's joke rap persona. Listen to the song "A Million Miles". I produced it and rap as "El Berzerko". It's totally not serious.

Just as long as there's no Rodimus Prime or Ultra Magnus I'm good.

QUOTE Guest appearances will also come from Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails, Omar Rodriguez-Lopez and Cedric Bixler-Zavala of The Mars Volta, James McNew of Yo La Tengo, Tunde Adebimpe of TV on the Radio, Chan "Cat Power" Marshall, and former Chavez and Zwan guitarist Matt Sweeney. Sounds even better!
March.....

El-P's I'll Sleep When You're Dead is the big hip hop album I'm looking forward to this year. Trent Reznor and Cedric from The Mars Volta are on it. Fantastic Damage is one of my favorite hip hop albums so it'll be hard to top, but it's looking good.

QUOTE (PuppetKing2112 @ Jan 23 2007, 06:22 PM) I don't know, they had Radiohead, the Cure, and the Pixies in 2004. Are you going. I want to, but I doubt it. I have to go to my wife's sister's graduation in Iowa around the same time though. NEVER GET MARRIED.

The Beatles. This was the easiest poll ever for me.

Things Fall Apart is my favorite Roots album. The live arrangement of "You Got Me" is amazing. I agree that they've never made a bad album. Even The Tipping Point, which is their most straight forward hip hop record, is really good.
-
and I would LOVE to hear that scrapped stuff Zack did with El-P from Def Jux as well as the Trent material. I bet it was good.
-
Freaking sweet!
Also, Hot Cross - Risk Revival. Feb. 20...another release on my birthday.

QUOTE (wayshway @ Jan 22 2007, 01:48 AM) I sooo love this show. I've been a fan of it since the beginning.
One of these days we might get the movie and season 9.
I highly recommend "Black Books" another one of the greatest BBC shows ever.
Lovin the new Doctor Who series as well.
ttyl
BobbyI really hope the movie gets made. I've been getting my hopes up for too long though. I marked out when I saw Cat in Blade II, but none of my friends knew who it was.
