his bass playing is really defined on this dvd.

was 94 tour the last tour where they played the same venue 2 nights in a row.. I believe this was the last tour where they would play 2 or 3 nights at the same place.. I think they only played 2 nights at the spectrum in philly.. It definalty was their last tour with an opening act..

that explains why you dont hear anything from them after the tour. it was a one shot deal to score some extra cash, well, at least for stewart and andy who were starting to embark on book signings at conventions..

Love the new blu ray. but the weakest song is my favourite time stand still. geddy really struggles with that . Went back and checked out r30. much better vocals that night .. But i love the stage setup and energy of time machine show..

I got the blu ray and the performance was great and sting sounded good, much better than what i saw in concert. but i hated how slow the arrangements were.. The picture and sting had a good night. He really nailed the high notes during synchronicity 2

I seen both that summer. the big police reunion tour. and the snakes tour. within 2 weeks apart. I must say its funny in 1982/83 both bands played their songs super fast and sped up. Now both toured in summer of 2007 and both bands played all their stuff in low slow tempo.. thats strange.. Btw, that police show was the worst concert i ever been to. Very boring.. Quess its hard to top after seeing rush 2 weeks before..

my problem with tom sawyer and limelight is that he doesnt try to sing them like the album, he sings them the same way everytime. Listen to how he does them on the actual moving pictures tour. specially limelight. he sings it like the album.. after that tour. he started singing it too fast and diffrent..

i re ordred it too, but on tuesday when i didnt see it in my mailbox , i ran to best buy and just bought a copy. I also paid the 10 extra for quicker shipping, hoping it would come on tuesday. but nope. oh well, never do that again..

i re ordred from worst buy too, even paid extra 10 bucks for quicker delivery, when i seen no email that it was shipped. I panicked and went to worst buy and bought a copy and went back and canceled my order . solves that. I will never do that again...

the smoke machine was heavily used on the dvd/blu it's almost throughout the whole show..

Got mine too.. i see what others were saying about the shots of geddy being not too sharp. It is what it is. it looks alot better than the youtube clips from VH1. But geddy voice is aching.... the worst i ever heard him. hes not singing , hes screaming. HE SOUNDS ALOT BETTER ON need some love FROM 74. HA HA

Someone reported over at counterparts that the mix on TM cd is bad.. oh well.. Diffrent stages was the last best live thing they ever put out sound wise..

this blows.. in this day and age these dvds/blu ray concerts should be perfect.. dont they look at these after the film it.. oh well, i thought it looked great on comcast. shame its not the whole show. i would just watch that dvd-r if this blu ray is that bad..
