There is at least two soundboards that are out there from the P/G tour! They could do something with those with today's technology.

Into April now, still no word on this release! Starting to doubt this will actually happen?
Even looked at the Hugh Syme site for clues...nothing!

Yeah but that's a little bit expensive, especially if you have every single album about 12 times already.
Oh yah, I was going to mention that as well...but it is a good download for the "live" stuff!! If you can find it!

Is there a box set of rare stuff worth getting? I know some bands have collections like that
16 hours ago, treeduck said:There's the Metalology box set but it's really just an extra extensive best of collection with a few rare tracks thrown in, including Heart of a Lion. I have it it's pretty cool to have but I don't listen to it really, it's just a cool Priest artefact to own.
There is also Judas Priest - Reflections - '50 heavy metal years of music' - 42 cd box set, career spanning studio albums + live + unreleased live shows and tracks. Released in 2021.

I just started viewing "SEA of TRANQUILITY" posts recently. Pete does have a wide range of musical taste, a lot similar to mine!

No, if they were sped up, the pitch would be off too.
Yah I would have to agree with that!
-
Maybe some of those Signals boots needed to be speed corrected? Some recording devices malfunction at times (speed up when played back), low battery power for instance would cause a recording to drag resulting in a sped up playback! Just an idea I had.

I'm sure you all have seen pics of the band over the years "fried"!

Giving it a listen right now...the 1982 retrospective linked below, to be specific. The site's list of RUSH programs is impressive!
Got it on right now! Never listened to these before, excellent for background music as Bahamas stated!

One of my all time favourite bands.
Mutiny Up My Sleeve and A Million Vacations are my favouritesYah, I'd have to say, "I agree 100%". Too bad "Live Magnetic Air" wasn't a double album to showcase these two albums!!

Rush for me has been non interesting for 21 years! Ever since 2002 with the release of "Vapor Trails" and following tour!! For me it's the last time Geddy's vocals sounded good in the higher ranges that is! All of their releases after that being live or studio have been sub par!! Hey I know I'll take a lot of flak for those comments, it's ok fire away!!
With the great Neil Peart gone, it would be hard to attend!

Just watched all 4 episodes and it was great. It was cool to see rock stars both current and former in their homes and surrounding communities just being regular people.
Yah I just searched "Geddy" and found the 4 episodes, will watch later.

Kim Mitchell is super annoying to me.
Hey, I think I have to agree somewhat, saw an interview on youtube around covid (2019-20) Every thing he said annoyed me!! I was surprised to say the least!! However he is a good guitarist which I appreciate!!
-
Yah, they even included Jacob's ladder from Missouri! It could have been done, I'm sure of it!

Hey, it's all about the "live material"
I've purchased the "A Farewell to Kings" deluxe box set because of the "live material" (complete show)
Also the "Moving Pictures" Deluxe box set with "live material" (complete set list, probably of all three show in Toronto '81)
Other than that NO! "Just the CD sets"
Hemispheres live show was a joke!!
Permanent Waves could have been great!! NO!! They omitted "2112 and the Encore's Medley and La Villa" Why?? It would have been 3 cd's instead of 2!! Big deal!!
"Signals" we won't discuss, an absolute calamity to say the least!!
So that leaves us with P/G, hope it's a good one!!
