Animate, this song has caught my attention more lately.

Hi all,
I am posting on behalf of Time Stood Still. It looks like the Rush Radio website domain has expired, and she was hoping to find a way to get the site back up and running without having to buy the domain. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Neil's death marked the beginning of three years of hell for me. The moment we learned he was gone was the moment my life started to fall apart. I still haven't put it back together.
As long as I live, I will never forget that day.
Miss you, Neil...
I feel you. I miss him so much, wish he was still here.

26 years since Carl Sagan passed away. I still mourn him.
I will mourn Neil till the day I die as well. Not in the way that I dwell on it every day or let it impact my life, but ya know...I'll always remember the day that "Rush" died. I'm preparing myself for how I'll feel when Geddy/Alex die too.

I don't really have any somber plans for this day, but I definitely feel really sad. The last three years have been a time warp. I can't believe it's been this long already, it feels like just yesterday...

I believe Trey Parker and Matt Stone are pretty big fans.

I also feel that Rush is one of those bands that you don't find them, they find you - if that makes sense. Their music and lyrics really have a way of connecting with all of the misfits and eccentrics out there.

Hendrix is boss. I've always been very indifferent toward Led Zeppelin.

Not a day goes by that I don't think of you at some point.

I found RUSH by filming Charlotte's secret activities and stealing her ideas.

My older brother got me into them when I was about 8 years old or so. Fell in love pretty quickly and saw them live on Snakes and Clockwork. You may be annoyed that you missed the Clockwork Angels Tour, but I saw that tour and missed R40. And I'm annoyed I missed R40 cause that was their last one and sounds like the setlist was better!

Any of those modern, wimpy hipster pish outfits like Mumford and Sons and Ed Sheeran
Halestorm
Most modern mental bands who rely on downtuning to sound heavy
Dream Theater and Genesis?? Breaking my heart dude. </3

i think honestly it's fair to list The Beatles. I mean from the moment your born you're just told how GREAT AND AMAZING AND THEY ARE THE BE ALL END ALL OF POPULAR MUSIC FOREVER AND EVER!!!!!!! It's literally installed into your brain.
and they did change the game but at the end of the day........they're just songs and i say this as a big fan.
Mick
Thank goodness, I thought everyone here was gonna hate me for listing them! I was waiting here like..
Also, another one that comes to mind for me is Nickelback.

I don't go out of my way to listen to The Beatles much either. They wrote some stuff I like but there are many superior bands out there imo.

I hate Maroon 5 with a passion.

I think mustard is great for hot dogs, sandwiches, sausages, and I'm sure some other things I'm not thinking of. Definitely a good condiment. I wanted to order the beer that Ged and Alex made as well, but I don't know if they're shipping to the US or not.

Really sad to hear this, I've always enjoyed Fleetwood Mac.

Yes, really impressive bass work. A couple highlights are his solo in Show Don't Tell, and his bass really stands out in Headlong Flight.

Yes. He really has a way with words. He had some weak moments but his strong ones outweigh them in my view, and no brilliant musician is at their best 100% of the time. But his lyrics have had a profound impact on my life, especially Subdivisions, The Pass, Bravado, Afterimage....just to name a few top ones.

Ghost of a Chance live from the Snakes & Arrows DVD. I forgot how much Alex makes his guitar weep in this song, that solo takes me to another world.
