So from what I can gather, if you don't have an American Express card you could potentially get shafted out of good seats simply because you don't have that credit card... I could be wrong though. Also, there is nothing about the tickets even going on sale on Live Nation.

I just got an email from The Rush News Letter and it says that both the Toronto shows go on sale on the 23rd. It also says that there will be an AMEX Front Of Line pre-sale available for both shows.
