My bro graduated in '85 and quoted Analog Kid, "When I leave I don't know..." well, you know how it goes.
A classmate of mine ('90) quoted Between The Wheels.
The BLAH BLAH BLAH Lifeson quote won't have the same effect.
Between the wheels is an interesting option, do you remember what part?
Yeah, I was just too lazy to type it all because I'm eating now.
It was the entire 2nd stanza from "To live between..." to "...holding onto yesterdays"
I might pick that. Without interrupting your meal, any other suggestions?

Hey guys. I've been inactive for a while on the forum for reasons related to an overdose of schoolwork, which is actually - paradoxically - what brings me here once more!
By the end of the school year, everyone will have a yearbook. In that yearbook, we each have to write a quote, summing us up, and I figured, what better to do than to use a Rush lyric??
Also, who better to ask for suggestions than the Rush Forum family?
So, (cold) fire away with your suggestions for which Rush lyric I should use for my yearbook quote! Many thanks in advance!

Am I the only person here who's bothered by the fact that Alex never plays the Earthshine solo live the way it was recorded? As a result I've always felt Earthshine is quite weak live.

It mustn't be posted in regularly then

I figured we should set up a new thread for all of the full R40 bootlegs that are on YouTube!!

Animate for Everyday Glory in an absolute heartbeat.

Are they gonna play Losing It tonight?

For once, C list can be considered a good thing
Why?

Yeah, unfortunately not unless you search up something educational like "breast feeding", but that's just desperate. Just use other websites to see them - there's plenty out there.
I don't understand this (I'm guessing attempted humour?) statement

Just seen the online images and I must say, it wasn't what I thought it was gonna be. possible spoilers....
I thought it was gonna be cool like the r30 one with lots of images of their past and rare unseen photos, this one is whipped up and is basically like put together like they will have another tour again soon. Not like I was expecting. kinda a letdown.. Maybe I expected too much.. Iam sure if I could have done it , it would included a lot of rare unseen tour photos from previous tours and rare photos. ... the R30 tourbook was a real treat... This one was just another tourbook. Plus, I also believe that there are some photos in here from time machine tour that were show in the last 2 tourbooks.. ouch.. I wanted rare hempisheres/moving pictures/ PW/ even some rare vapor trails ones would have been cool. nope. not here..
Stop your whining you spoiled brat, complaining about the tourbook you get to read while I live in Ireland and may never see Rush live ever again.

Overall, his voice sounds much better than the previous two tours. One thing I am noticing is he's losing some control in places. He can hit the notes; just not very cleanly at times.
#nitpicking
His voice on the Time Machine Tour was great

THANKS. WHAT TIME DOES IT START?

What time is showtime tonight, and is it EST or Pacific?
-
Also, does anyone know if there'll be a periscope link for tonight's show?
We generally find them right at show time. Do far, we've had a couple people say they will.
Is this thread where I'll find one?

Need some Everyday Glory tonight please

It's the last song out of their back catalogue I want to hear live, cause it's never been played life before. Everyday Glory for Animate? Does it seem possible?
-
You think we could maybe get Everyday Glory? Or is that a pipe dream?

Has Geddy's delivery of a lyric moved you?

I particularly love how he sings the first section of Witch Hunt.
The night is black without a moon
The air is thick and still
The vigilantes gather on
The lonely, torchlit hill
Features distorted, in the flickering light
Faces are twisted and grotesque
Silent and stern in the sweltering night
Mob moves like demons possessed
Quiet in conscience, calm in their right
Confident their ways are best
