2nd that Tampa comment. 4 shows this time, Toronto, Tampa, Vancouver, and Hall of fame. As a long time fan Toronto has to be on the bucket list and it didn't disappoint. Primarily because of the fanatics surrounding me 2nd row! Best crew ever for any show, and they were from all over the world. Vancouver was good too but not quite YYZ. Tampa: That entire crowd was off the hook and the band responded. Alex was on fire, Neil was just flawless, and you could tell they were really enjoying themselves. Totally unexpected. To answer the original question: The best shows are probably earlier in the tour rather than later, they looked a little tired in YVR. And you just never know when magic is going to happen. One thing is for certain, they give it 110% every single show. I does not matter where it is, just another venue.

Watched this happen from the 2nd row. He simply lost the handle, almost grabbed it twice, then finally caught it awkwardly up by his elbow. The most impressive part about it was that his left hand and feet mostly never lost it and kept pounding away, while he totally recovered the stick and just kept on going like it didn't happen. It was actually an incredible save from what looked like certain disaster! Very rare to ever see this, and he didn't crash! Fantastic.
