  1. Thanks Sir Lerxst, most informative, I wasn't aware of the ear problems, hope it doesn't affect his balance as well. Thanks
  2. QUOTE (hughes&kettner @ Jun 4 2011, 07:26 PM)QUOTE (Cosy Toes @ Jun 4 2011, 05:57 PM) QUOTE (Sir Lerxst @ Jun 4 2011, 10:25 PM) In mid 2010, he contracted an ear infection, which makes wearing In Ear Monitors incredibly painful Caused by dried Semen from Geddy and Alex trying to f**k some sense into him. Still wondering how you type your witless banter with cock and balls in your face and mouth. How DO you do it? Your comments are tired and you are the only one laughing. Put your mates cock down for a while and go play on a busy street, mk? Did they use "The Rhythm Method" to do it?
  3. Hi, This has probably been answered elsewhere but I couldn't find any reference to it. Does anyone know why Neil has started wearing headphones while drumming, it used to be very rare just on one or two songs, I'm sure when I saw Rush the other week in Manchester they were on constantly! Is this due to the new drumming style he developed/worked on, or some reason to be in time to video stuff? Not having a go, just interested
  4. Those damn Monkeys and their Main Monkey Business!
  5. As stated in my first post I use a wheelchair, due to this it's impossible for me to be able to get to the front of the stage for gigs due to health and safety which I fully appreciate and agree with. I just wish for once though that when items such as guitar picks/drum sticks etc are thrown from the front of the stage there are also random seats chosen from the wheelchair seats for some lucky fans to also be able to share in the good fortune! Basically I want a MONKEY, I'd look after it and treat it well, at no time would I chastise it if it were bad or spank it either To all those lucky enough to catch a monkey, well done and take good care of him/her.
  6. Hi, I've been reading Rush forum for some years now and a Rush fan for around 30 yrs! This was my 3rd time of seeing the band and as stated in other posts here I also feel the first half sound quality wasn't so good, I also feel the song selection didn't flow quite so well either, however that's a personal opinion. Other than posting to say thanks to the guys for playing Manchester, I also want to say how good the yellow coats/security are as far as I am concerned. I am in a wheelchair so am restricted to where I can sit, unfortunately this means I am unable to go to the front and must always sit up in the gods Now I don't mind people enjoying themselves and having a or 5 lol, but what happens is people who have a seat part way down stairs or on the ground decide to stand around where the disabled are sitting (no problem so far ), then they decide to stand on the stairs blocking my already restricted view, or to start talking in front/behind me taking away my pleasure of the concert. Due to this myself/wife ask the security staff if they can ask these people to return to their seats, most people do so without any problems, but for some reason there were a number of people who decided to abuse the staff calling them "nazi's" and chanting "zieg heil". At one point there were 6 security staff due to the number of "idiots" who were playing up, this while the second half of the show was in full flow! Sorry if this seems a rant I just felt I should at least say something positive for the security team who, in my eyes, did a controlled and calm job under provocation. Anyway, hope the guys finish the new record soon and come back to Manchester so I can see them another time and watch Geddy slap that bass!!! Jeff
