    I'm glad it's weakened considerably.

     

    The death toll here keeps climbing. Over 160 dead in Alabama. The photos are just horrendous.

    That reminds me of the time I was snowmobiling in an area in Northeastern Wisconsin that had been hit by a tornado earlier in the year. Everywhere I rode, nothing but trees knocked over like toothpicks. For a square mile there wasn't a single tree left standing. It looked like a bomb went off. sad.gif

    Yes, I've seen the footage on the news. Just terrible devastation.

    The expert on said that it was the exact conditions that come along every 100 yrs. But when asked if these conditions might now form more regularly due to climate change he said there wasn't enough data to say that.

    These tornados were big and stayed on the ground a long time.

    I'll see if I can find it (think it was ABC) but they had incredible video of an entire roof top, big rooftop, being flown around on one these things, I mean, 100s of ft. off the ground like it was a peice of paper.

     

    I pray they recover from this quickly. I'm sure they'll pull together and salvage some good things from tragedy.

    It's loosely inspired by the song of the same title, of course. laugh.gif It's a cube with a puzzle-cut lid, and on each side face is an emotion face (joy, anger, sorrow, shock) with a word written in Greek underneath. Beneath each (respectively) is Dionysus, Apollo, Cygnus, Rush. I was having all kinds of issues with the coils and the walls but now that I'm working on details it's much more enjoyable.

    Still got a side project to do for a group I'm with on DeviantART, not to mention a digital art project for Holocaust Lit... But it'll get done.

    Wow Kentucky shoots as cold I've I seen em, and loses by 1pt.

    Wish they'd shot that way against Carolina.

     

    So I'm pullin for Bulter against that Huge UConn team. Dang they're big. yes.gif

     

    If they continue to shoot freethrows poorly, Bulter's got a good chance.

    Good run, VCU. The rim was a little finickie for them 2nite. Lots of in and out shots. If not for that I think they would have pulled it off. But they've got to be proud of what they accomplished.

    Still, Auburn looks like the stronger team to me, and seems to be getting stronger as the game progresses.  The Ducks, not so much. 

    I suspect Auburn will pull away in the second half. 

    We shall see.
