In the 1st quarter? Are you sure? :P
Any nfl team , no matter how good or great, can be beat "any given sunday". To say they haven't accomplished anything unless they win the SB is unreasonable to put it nicely. Richardson has got a team he can be proud of whether or not they fall short of their potential this year or not. They have stayed relatively healthy but are fairly deep with able backups. They have a formidable defence and a Very well balanced offence. They are well managed. Mike Shula is an excellent offensive coordinator.Carolina is starting to get a littl too arrogant for a team that actually hasn't done anything.
You mean, other than beating everybody they have played this year?
No, I mean their 1-2 playoff record with Newton. I mean when you think of the undefeated reguar season patriots team you only remember their super bowl loss. I mean no one remembers th Vikings 98 team that went 15-1 in regular season and didn't make the super bowl, that's what I mean. Nothing has been accomplished yet.
True.
Yeah,
We will find out soon enough. :D
They have crushed teams and they pulled out some when they didnt look sharp. They can be beat, of course they can. But know this, the Panthers are a solid football team at every position. And that is not an easy accomplishment.
I agree with some of this. What I said is they are getting a bit arrogant for a team that hasn't done anything. Didn't say they haven't won, that they shouldn't be proud of what they've accomplished so far. I simply said I think they are too arrogant. It's an opinion that you may or may not share but it's impossible to prove my statement wrong since it's an opinion. Really no need to argue it.
And the panthers were gathering in big groups taking pics before the game was over yesterday.

Guess they should have.

Should Dallas have took a knee and kicked FG?

When Pack was 1st and goal on the 7 with a chance to tie, I was.
who's panicking?
no shit. Really pathetic, and it looks like the players don't give a shitWhat the hell is going on with the Packers?? You're getting trounced by Cam Newton and the panthers!! :rage: :rage:
They appear so far to NOT play well on the road....a completely different team.
Their first two road games (wins) were against da Bears and the 49ers. Last week and today are against two of the best teams in the NFL. As any player will tell you, it is HARD to win a road game.
YES, they're getting thumped again, but all is not lost. They should get their injured players back next week, and they play the Lions at home. No time to panic just yet.......
Newton had an off game. Thought our receivers helped him alot today. Defence apllied great pressure and was superb against the run.
Almost choked on it, but a tasty meal none the less. :D

Imo Panthers played very well today. Hawks actually made several especially good plays thruout to be in the position they were in at the end. Hawks D was strong all game, but they sure weren't that last possession. Newton has become a consistently good passer, but I could have thrown that td pass Olsen was so open. Carroll is not just whinning at that blown coverage. Lol

The 12th man is booing. If we come down a score a td we'll hear um howl. Lol

Have no recollection of starting this poll. Apparently it was my first. (Awww) So thanks nappy for the flashback.I'm old and a NL fan ...I think you know where this is going.
But now that I'm older and feel it more , I think the pitcher should bat just because he should have the chance to 1. get hit by a pitch and 2. look stupid swinging at a nasty curve.

Cant believe that one stayed in. That would have been huge!

The Giant Mechanical Man. Independent film. A very well acted down to earth romance. Got some nice tidbits of wisdom in it.

Celebrated with some friends at Longhorn Steak House. Had a a perfectly cooked T-bone and some drinks Friday nite.
Took a buddy to look at some trucks he was interested in Saturday then he took me to this hole inthe wall for some awesome teriyaki chicken wings and beer. Then today met with my family after church at Ruby Tuesdays and had lobster tail, shrimp, and tilapia.
Its been the tastiest birthday i can remember.

That is so good! Been a while since I've seen him play. He is growing up so fast! And 1001 is right, he looks so relaxed.
Thx for posting. Great song! I really enjoyed listening.
