And yes, the first Rush live experience will be amazing. My friend is coming with me to see them next year and it's going to be their first time too... so excited for them!

I'm over the moon with my tickets for the Birmingham LG Arena, been praying for this tour to some to the UK for so long!
After seeing Beyond the Lighted Stage at the cinema it just made me want to see them again even more!!
I went to the gym in my Rush t-shirt today in honour of the occasion!

haha true, plus I think they're one of the only bands that have had an interval before when I've seen them so that says something

Also recently got tickets to see Styx/Foreigner/Journey next year.

I'm quite surprised at the prices! There's very few bands I'd pay that much to go and see... Rush are obviously one of them though!

Just wanted to say hey as I've just registered on here, amid the excitement of Rush touring Europe next Spring!
I've been into Rush for about 6 years, I first saw them when I was 16, their 30th anniversary tour. I simply went with my Dad so he'd have someone to go with! And they blew me away completely. I was made into a huge fan that night.
I saw them again in 2007 on their visit back to the UK, and I've been praying for a UK return ever since!
But yeah, it has to be said, not many of my friends have even heard of Rush so I thought it'd be nice to chat with some people who share my enthusiasm for them :-)

I'm the same, I grew up with Rush and the first time I saw them was on their anniversary tour. I simply went with my Dad to keep him company... and I have never been so blown away by a band. Sometimes there's nothing worse than watching a band you don't really know but it was just the most incredible experience. It's my third show tonight, bring it on!
