I'm the same, I grew up with Rush and the first time I saw them was on their anniversary tour. I simply went with my Dad to keep him company... and I have never been so blown away by a band. Sometimes there's nothing worse than watching a band you don't really know but it was just the most incredible experience. It's my third show tonight, bring it on!

I'll be there tonight! Bringing the Rush love from a 22 year old female :-D Far too excited, think I'm gonna whack on my R30 DVD, just to tip me over the edge.

It makes me SO excited to be able to say that my next concert is Rush!!!

Hello! I'm also a Brit newbie And yes, the first Rush live experience will be amazing. My friend is coming with me to see them next year and it's going to be their first time too... so excited for them!

Every time I 'pass through revolving doors'... I just get Distant Early Warning stuck in my head!

I'm over the moon with my tickets for the Birmingham LG Arena, been praying for this tour to some to the UK for so long! After seeing Beyond the Lighted Stage at the cinema it just made me want to see them again even more!! I went to the gym in my Rush t-shirt today in honour of the occasion!

haha true, plus I think they're one of the only bands that have had an interval before when I've seen them so that says something

I have Arcade Fire in a couple of weeks - very excited about that! Also recently got tickets to see Styx/Foreigner/Journey next year.

Hello! Just wanted to say hey as I've just registered on here, amid the excitement of Rush touring Europe next Spring! I've been into Rush for about 6 years, I first saw them when I was 16, their 30th anniversary tour. I simply went with my Dad so he'd have someone to go with! And they blew me away completely. I was made into a huge fan that night. I saw them again in 2007 on their visit back to the UK, and I've been praying for a UK return ever since! But yeah, it has to be said, not many of my friends have even heard of Rush so I thought it'd be nice to chat with some people who share my enthusiasm for them :-)

My first ever post on this forum... and what better post is there to have than to say I just got Rush tickets :-D
