Ok cool guy. haha. As far as Lorelei goes, that is one of the ones that everybody rated a 7 and the song got pretty lucky. But that is the beauty of doing this system. There is no real individual's biasis that sways a song one way or another, so we end up with something like that. No, it shows the utter stupidity and pointlessness of your list. To each there own I suppose. You seem like a real class act by the way. Anyone who rates Lorelei as one of the top 100 Hard Rock songs is a tosser worthy of contempt. I'm just serving the public good. I didn't rate Lorelei in the top 100 songs... we all listen to the songs and submit them without knowing what everybody else's score is, there is literally no bias with the list at all. It just happens that everybody else rated it pretty well, so it turns out the song ends up high on the list.

Hey guys, my buddy is doing this project of the top 100 hard rock songs. Now it is nowhere near complete but the premise is this... Everyday he gives the same 7 people one song to rate 1-10 with 10 being the highest, from there he averages all the scores out to give him the mean... say 6.7. After he has that he multiplies it by 10 to make it the score of the song. Everyday there is a new song (so obviously we are missing a lot) and it is updated daily. Here is the list so far (which includes Analog Kid). What do you think? Keep in mind this is an untraditional way of doing things, we have varied tastes.
