I know I'm a bit of a late comer with this but I've got to say that the new Whitesnake album Good To Be Bad; despite the horrible title is the best they've put out since 1987... And I'm even tempted to say before that even though that sounds ridiculous even to me.

Summer Rain is one of my favourite Whitesnake songs ever, and could even enter my top 10 favourite ballads of all time list. So glad I bought the enhanced version with the extra disc, there's a beautiful acoustic version of the tune on there too.

    10/10.

I just bought it hadn't had a chance to listen to it yet, glad to hear it's a good one.

I also just ordered Disturbed's new CD Indestructible.

    eh.gif

I hope he never ever ever EVER reads this forum.

I dunno, he'd probably think that last exchange was pretty funny. biggrin.gif

I think he'd get a kick out of this thread actually. smile.gif

Though I thought he was dang sexy...Pierce Brosnan too had a good handle on the smarmy market. Perhaps not as smarmy as Roger Moore (who had his own charms) but smarmy enough. I was dissapointed to hear he wasn't going to be Bond anymore...dissapointed until I saw DANIEL CRAIG!!!! Yeah...he's a darker, more serious Bond...but man, I've never wanted to be a Bond girl so bad before now. cheer.gif

I'm sorry...am I girl-ing up your guys' machismo thread?!...I seem to be the only girl commenting in it. Yeah, yeah...I know it's an older thread that was bumped...surprisingly, it wasn't me that bumped it. tongue.gif

    Oh...did I mention?...Daniel Craig...WooooooooooHooooooooooooo!!! biggrin.gif

    Ok...I will go now.

I'm a girl and posted in this thread too. bekloppt.gif I will agree that Daniel Craig is easy on the eyes. yes.gif

When is the next Bond film due out?

    Thanks for sharing.

  5. I'm a big Bond fan and I saw it when it first came out. I have to say I was a little skeptical of how Daniel Craig would do but the film blew me away. I'm really looking forward to the next intallment.
  6. I so agree with the first post. Unless I have polish on my toes, I won't wear sandals.

A lot of people really seem to like that ped egg. I should get one and try it. I do have a mani/pedi scheduled for Sat which includes a paraffin dip. I love how soft that makes my skin.

    I mean...sheesh! drool1.gif

    *OK, calm down Jaye...* wacko.gif

I'm with you on that one Jaye, thanks for the new pics.

I had a dream about Geddy last night. The stage was quite elaborate and Geddy came down a ramp on to the stage on a skateboard with his bass slung across his back! No clue where my subconscious dragged that up from. On the plus side, I distinctly remember he wasn't wearing The Coat! laugh.gif

  8. Great shots nobody's hero thanks for posting. smile.gif He soooo needs to lose the coat though. Jaye has volunteered to warm him up if necessary and I'd be happy to help as well in the event she has a scheduling conflict. biggrin.gif
  9. I do, I was salt and pepper at 26 which was a *few* wink.gif years ago and I've been coloring it ever since. I go every 4 weeks to get it done which is a huge pain since it grows so fast and I get highlights every 3 months or so. My hair is really healthy and has a lot of shine. As long as you don't fry it with overprocessing, blow dryers, flat irons etc. you can color it if you'd like and still have it look healthy.

If it wasn't for the grey though I wouldn't mess with it. Far too much work to keep up and I liked my natural color. Oh well I'm still far too young to be grey.

  10. Original Fan, thanks for the welcome. smile.gif

NH hope you are completely recovered from your hospital stay.

Jaye thanks for they eye candy. drool1.gif

edited because Jaye has an "e" at the end of her name.

  11. The last time I had saki was many, many years ago. I was 19 and in Paris. Let's just say me at 19, Paris and saki were not a good combination. no.gif Haven't touched it since.

Love sushi though but usually have Kirin beer with it.

  12. Thanks Edgy and Jaye for the welcome. bekloppt.gif I had to come back to this thread for some eye candy and get the awful images in the would you hit it thread out of my mind. I think my eyeballs are still bleeding.
