Frivorlous lawsuits should always be called-out, however, this is not one of them.Hell yeah it is frivolous.
Hack Lawyers and their clients want to misuse the legal system to make life 'fair' and account for every disappointment. It sucks the show was cancelled. It really does. But tying up the courts with this nonsense is the very definition of frivolous.

Re-list your seats on stub-hub and stop making the legal system and lawyers look like a joke.
BTW -- Issuing a press releasing was a dead giveaway -- you want attention, and you want some more clients to join the suit. And posting on multiple RUSH forums to further troll for clients...
I'd advise RUSH not to set a dangerous precedent by giving free tix or signed photos. Circle the wagons and fight. Counter-sue chris for your legal fees.

I can't judge the 'vocal melodies' because I can't sing. They sound great to me. Emotion backing up the lyrics which become more memorable with every listen.
Did you want to articulate why the vocal melodies are "poor". Start by giving us some background on why you're qualified to criticize vocal melodies.

It occured to me while I was driving to work listening to the best RUSH I've heard in years, that the people commenting on the mix, the musicianship, the air, and the math are doing so from their BASEMENTS.

I changed my mind... I like Caravan better.
But these songs both ROCK.
I liked One Little Victory and Far Cry, but these babies are vintage RUSH for the new decade.
With every listen I hear something new... Devil take the rest. Excellent NP!!

True Blood, really? I watched a couple episodes S1 and it seemed like kind of a chick show -- a white trash goth version of Twilight.
The opening credits are very cool, but the vampires aren't original--just overly familiar dark, brooding and depressed... Like we've seen them in too many other better vampire films... and that kind of hurts a vampire show.
