I finally bought a HDD dvd recorder to dub my collection of old beta and vhs tapes. Is there a good software to use for editing? What I want to do is spruce them up before I burn them to dvd. Color improvement, grain removal, etc. Any help/suggestions would be considered.

Hey Capt. Robt.,
Jump all over that Delirium Tremens (sp?) that is some rare and expensive shit. There's a bar around the corner that charges $20 for a half pint.

It never hurts. I own a wine and liquor store so sales reps are always giving me samples of stuff to try. I have a whole countertop at my house full of half empty wine bottles alone. It gets old after a while. Sorry.

Life's too short to drink cheap wine.

I like the Don Julio 1942 the best. It is a smooth as glass. You also can't go wrong with the Corralejo and Sauza Hornitos.

You cannot order distilled spirits from the manufacturer in the USA. It is a federal law. You can order wine from a winery in some states. If you like Macallan, try the Glenmorangie or the Lagavulin.

You dark beer folks should try the Anchor porter. It blows Sierra Nevada away, and I love Sierra Nevada. I'm dinking Gosling's Bermuda rum with tonic.

My favorite is the 21 year old Black Maple Hill single barrel. Woodford is swill!

I like ales and porters. I really like the Anchor Porter.

Hendrick's gin is great. I am a big gin drinker and I own a liquor store so I have tried most of the ones in Texas. Martin Miller's is my favorite.
