Sometimes what you drink can be part of a full course meal. What are your favorite combinations of food and drink?

I love to drink red wine when I'm having italian or pizza, and beer (usually a Hefiweizen or Fat Tire) for chinese or pub grub.

  2. Hey all, I was part of the Colts Drum and Bugle Corps from 2005-2009 (marched 3 years and then did staff) and was wondering if there were any other TRF'ers who participated in DCI. If so, please share your experience, where you marched, how long, etc. If we get this going we could turn this thread into a place to discuss the current season, since the Drum Corps Planet forums is a mess.

AND if you don't know what DCI is and would like to know more check out http://www.dci.org

Used to, but it got tiresome after a while. It started to feel like casual players didn't have a prayer of getting to the higher levels, like if you didn't spend 3 hours in each session 5 days a week, you'd be stuck in the 40s or 50s - and forget getting the kind of gear you need for raids, too.

My World of Warcraft experience in a nutshell. This is the second time I've fallen out of playing everyday. It just got very boring, cause I was doing the same stuff over and over and over.

The Camera Eye 2010 > TCE '81-'83. I never saw them perform this song in person before, only hearing it on various boots from the MP and Signals tours. It's hard to make a good comparison accordingly. However, what I heard last night was so much better than the recordings I've heard. This song kicked ass. I was blown away, as was everyone else here in New Mexico. Hearing Moving Pictures played from start to finish was almost a religious experience. Those who haven't seen it yet are in for a real treat!!

Yeah, there was something magical about hearing all of MP. It looked to me like no one sat down during the entire album.

goodpost.gif It was freaking insane!! Loved every second of it.

Ged: "That would be a whole album! Hope you enjoyed it, we sure did!"

I'm waiting to listen to the album until I receive my deluxe edition in the mail, even though it's available online. smile.gif 1022.gif

Me too! I can't wait to read the novel. Going to see them on May 3rd. I'm so pumped!!! 1022.gif

  9. Just got home from MUSE. Probably one of the better concerts I've seen. Didn't know many of the songs played, because I really only know their hit songs (Starlight, Knights of Cydonia, etc.). But damn do they put on one hell of a show, and that stage setup is UNBELIEVABLE! ohmy.gif
