The HQ is in San Marcos, CA.
This is a very strong beer. I would say that it's a cross between a stout - very thick - and a strong ale. Here, read the warning for yourself:

The only place in Houston that I've found it so far is Specs, which is a local liquor warehouse type place.
From this brewery, I like the Stone IPA better so far.
