But don't make too many demands'

I don't understand those songs you love'

The pattern of moonlight on the bedroom floor is a cold fire

The flame at the heart of a pawnbroker's diamond is a cold fire

The look in your eyes as you head for the door is a cold fire"

  2. I would tell neil, I hope you never have to go to prison, you think your fans are bad, you would really have a field day in there. ha ha ha

Something tells me that Neil would REALLY like one aspect of it...

Remember, Brutus was locked up for a while...and I'm sure he, like Neil, was already used to ONE aspect of prison life...

If Neil DID go to prison, do you think he'd write more love letters to Brutus or his wife and kid?

    Hmmm...

  3. It's basically Neil's obtuse story overbearing with the overall theme that God sucks, and that anyone who believes in such a higher power is a a f*ckin' worthless dumbass...according to the elitist Mr. Peart. I don't remember if there was a mention of a billboard in the story, but there's probably some stupid simile for one since Neil hasn't figured out metaphors yet and still uses "like" and "as" anytime he needs grade-school level symbolism and allegory.

  4. DEFINITELY get the remaster. The difference is ASTOUNDING. It is unbelievably CLEARER...you can actually not only HEAR but you can actually SEE and FEEL in your mind the flies swarming over your headphones at the beginning of "Available Shit." By the end of the song, when Geddy hits the phagulicious "In the Available liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight" part you can actually taste undigested corn on your palate. HIGHLY recommended.
  5. I still think it shouldn't be allowed.

And I don't think great-grandmothers should be allowed to pretend to play bass while wearing gloves.

  6. Yes, I did a Google search for "spaghetti lee" and reviews by a "toxforth o'grady" came up....riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight....

You knew immediately those reviews were mine; you follow me around on this forum responding to nearly anything I post; hell this is probably the 20th thread you've STARTED that's about nothing but ME.

You've responded directly, sometimes IMMEDIATELY, to the exact same reviews I posted on Amazon when I posted them right here on this forum...and now you claim to not have any clue that those were my reviews:

Since your lips seem to be permanently sucking my chute, can I call you Brutus????

  7. What surprises me the most about this thread isn't the fact that SavageGracie continues to stalk me for months (including reposting the reviews above which I already posted on this forum months ago in different threads), searching all crevices of the internet for mentions of me (hell he even makes YouTube videos about me) but the fact that I haven't done a review for Roll the Bones yet!!! WTF?!??!!!?? How did I miss THAT masterpiece (of $h*t)??!!!!?!!?!???!!!?!!!?
  8. Oh come on. Neil even stated in "Ghost Rider" that he didn't feel bad that he was never there for his first wife and kid. He barely gave them a second thought. Then, as now, he couldn't be bothered to hang around with them...he was always even then riding bicycles around the world when he wasn't bothered by the "guys at work." He seems to have as much disdain for his family as he does for his work co-horts. Hell, not that long ago I remember reading how Neil didn't find it strange one bit that he went on separate vacations away from his family and then they "visited" him while he was on vacation FROM them.

When you really love someone, you WANT to be with them...you think of them ALL the time...you SPEND TIME with them. Kinda like how Neil always did with BRUTUS, and NOT either of his wives. I wonder if Neil ever wrote as many love letters to his wives as he did to Brutus??? He was so far up Brutus' chute in those 100's of love letters that if maybe he spent 1/10th of the time he spent writing those letters with his wife when she needed him maybe she would have done a bit better...

I still say Neil and Brutus were pounding those trips. Hard.

Good to have you back :laughing guy:

You find that funny? Seriously? I just don't get why anyone would like the lame attempts at puerile humor.

It wasn't supposed to be funny, barnbloomer. I was serious.

  9. Yeah, but even tasteless offensive threads equating horrible Rush songs with infected bodily fluids are more entertaining than endless mindnumbing Gracie polls about the same handful of questionable 90's unlistenable "songs"...

You missed the best one. The greater than or lesser than thread, inserting these little symbols < > between the albums. I'm too old and befuddled for things like that. Not much in the brains department you know. ;)

Oh God...just the thought of something so arcane makes me want to set my toe hairs on fire.

  11. Spaghetti, where have you been?

I was out of town...visiting my relatives in Ohio. My uncle recently had a very bad fall and ended up in ICU but he is home and on the mend now. I checked in the forum here every now and then but all I saw was worthless and boring poll threads...I decided I'd rather sit around up north and watch the cars rust.

  15. For any of you who've suffered through the endless love letters that Neil wrote to his road puppy Brutus published in "Ghost Rider" you know what I'm talking about. Neil obviously had waaaaaaaaaaaaaay more passionate feelings toward Brutus than he did toward either of his wives...evidenced by the fact that he couldn't wait to get away from either of them to go spend some time riding (with) Brutus.

So...do you think in the back woods of Humpy Creek, Alaska...or on the high plains of Nebraska beside an unkempt bush...or by a lone creek in Bald Knob, Arkansas...or at an old motel in Poopout Hill, California...or on the icy pokey cliff of a bald mountain in Crested Butte, Colorado...or on an abandoned back road in Cumming, Georgia...or hateriding the midwest in Pee Pee, Ohio...or sizing up the upcoming ride in Bumpass, Virginia...or on a ride toward the coast in Erect, North Carolina...or hiking toward the Snake River in Gayway Corner, Idaho...or stopping for the watersports at Poop Creek, Oregon...or at a bed'n'breakfast in Ballstown, Indiana...or stopping to cure a parched throat in Oral, South Dakota...or at a cheap motel in Big Bone Lick, Kentucky...or by a solitary pine in Homochito, Mississippi...or while having a picnic near Knob Lick, Missouri...or on a fast track ride to Dicktown, New Jersey...do you think either's buttes were crested?

    Discuss.

Off color? Yes. Distasteful? Absolutely. Made me laugh? Without a doubt

Absolutely agree. Within all males, there is a 12 year old boy that never dies. We know he is a terrible little brat, but he still makes us giggle... and feel bad about it later.

That said.... it makes me wonder about the mindset of Spaghetti... is he eternally 12 years old? Or is he just obsessed with Neil's "part"?

I think he actually is 12. That would explain a lot.

    I wish...but I'm white. I figured you were wondering, though...but, no.
