Well, with the R40 show past, my next three shows this summer are Def Leppard/Styx/ Tesla, then Weird Al, and finally Van Halen. So Summer 2015 is shaping up to better nice.

I love it. I stumbled upon it after true detective. I didn't expect to like it because I'm hit and miss with jack black.

yeah, the fourth season was too compressed because they thought they were getting cancelled. then when they weren't they had to stretch season 5.

So is Krieger the original or replaced by the clone (well theyre all clones) ?

the show is funny in parts but mostly tedious.

I didn't enjoy Jurassic world. far to predictable. not worth the hype.

Great set. I still hold that the counterpart tour was their best (that I've seen) but MSG R40 was a truly great show

I've been wanting to get a tat for a while now, since I turned 18 to be exact...My goal in mind was to get a band logo as my first tattoo and for a while, I had my heart set on a Van Halen logo Seeing as how I'm seeing Rush live for the first time tommorrow, I think it's only proper that to commemorate this moment, it should be with a tattoo of THIS

 

 

Do you believe that it's a good idea for me to do this? Should I get something that's permanent just because it's something Rush related, or the fact that I've wanted a tat for a long time? What do you guys think?

I've got three rush tattoos. Never got the starman though.

They're about to retire. There are three empty chairs on a beach. Seagulls are often found near beaches. The chairs represent their well-earned retirement.

 

The dalmatian is running behind the chairs The dalmatian represents their career. (Their career has been a bit spotty.) The dog is running because the whole thing seems to have gone by so fast.

 

There's a man with a metal detector on the beach. He has a weird beard. He is "searching for metal" - perhaps a reference to the fact that people have tried to characterize Rush's music as "metal." Or, he is searching for buried treasure. The fans hope there will be buried treasure in a vault, released to the public. They want "Hemispheres live" and "Signals live" for example.

 

The seagull is waiting to see if there is anything to be scavenged. They are beach scavengers. Maybe they hope the retired Alex, Geddy and Neil will throw them french fries. The dalmatian hopes maybe they will throw it a bone. The fans hope that they will throw them more unreleased music.

 

Not sure if that's true but certainly convincing.
