    i feel like a slug too, my goal is to work up to running...gotta get more in shape first smile.gif

    I started off with mostly walking, mixed with a minute of running here and there. That was in early February. I've been steadily increasing the running/decreasing the walking until now I'm running just over 2 miles at a time.

     

    At first I hated it, but I'm finally beginning to enjoy it. Good luck! smile.gif

    thanks, my husband and i do a 2 mile walk in the evenings when i'm not at work. i'm gonna work in the jogging on days when i work
