Great series, you took two. Long season - for my $ pitching will be the difference, and my Phillies pitching crew is weaker; as you know weve made up for it with runs and hitting (lately Howard has struggled, Rollins is out....) - but in the end, you cant win in the playoffs without pitching.
Mets are a good team - even GEDDY said they were the team to beat!
The Phillie already have 30 home runs and Howard isn't hitting yet!
That's tough team and it should be a tight race.

Mets are playing well and have one hell of a roster. Minus the legendary implosion of last year they should go far this year.
I don't like Tim McCarver much myself thats why I said "who cares"...
But, to let you know what i think, I think he's an Asshat.
Please tell me you were watchign today and heard him compare folk underestimating Charlie Manuel to people underestimating generals of the South during the civil war. It was quite possibly the most absurd color commentary ive ever heard in over 30 years....
My Father and I were laughing at that one. First he said " People at first were underestimating Charlie Manuel because he spoke With a Slow Virginia Drawl and then comented about the southern Generals.
We were like " What the f**k!" Sometimes i think he trys to be like Ralph Kiner with the funny stories and it just doesn't work for him.
