who in the world are you addressing here? this post makes no sense and i have no idea why you just put this here...it's packed with politically sensitive material and has no place in this forum

I think it was in response to a conversation (if you can even call it that) that he and myself were having.

You can actually remove all of it if you want.... I see now that it was a waste of my time wacko.gif

I dunno...I think it worth keeping in here so all can see how you pretty much owned him.

    yes.gif

I've never said anything before, but I'm so sick of him coming in here, and 'slamming' all of us women!

Me, too. I don't know what his problem is, but I really wish he'd work it out somewhere else.

Great pics, except that very first one scared.gif --> he looks PISSED! The camera probably caught him at the wrong moment tongue.gif

  4. There are two that park in the same lot as I do at work - a wine-red one and an electric blue one, which always seems to end up parked next to my Saturn.

I tell you, if any "issue" arises from that, I want the pick of the litter!

Gosh, you people. I can assume that most've you haven't seen much've D&D... at least, the old versions. Old D&D IS about making stories! New D&D is about playing on a board and keeping track of numbers and being a robot and not imagining what's happening around you.

What's wrong with D&D? It's like improvisational acting... except your situation is always that you're a hero and your going to kill something. biggrin.gif

    z7shysterical.gif

I actually did play D&D with several friends, years ago. I was a mage with a unicorn...

Okay, so in reality I'm a geek. tongue.gif

Well, that's ONE way to get rid of the snow from the driveway without having to shovel it...

We've had on and off flurries today, courtesy of Lake Ontario. If it's reaching us, i hate to think what's happening in Buffalo. They're probably socked in. (We're at least 300 miles south of Buffalo.)

    laugh.gif laugh.gif Hilarious!

I think he looks cute in that pic - okay, yeah, the glasses are horrible, but he's still cute.

And I once had a suspiciously similar pair - of course, back then, big frames were "hot."

laugh.gif This is so hilareous! Back in about 1983? I think?

I wore glasses Tom Sawyer-ish era.

    unsure.gif

I look back now and I think 062802puke_prv.gif

Oh what the days were when the ugliest things were "IN". The 70's, how about Michael Caine's big black rims. 062802puke_prv.gif

    I remember those. *Shudder*

And yeah, those HYOOGE frames were indeed the height of fashion at the time. Scary thought, eh?

  12. QUOTE (Cygnus @ Dec 20 2006, 03:23 PM)
REMEMBER THIS AT CHRISTMAS TIME -

According to the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, while both male and female reindeers grow antlers in the summer each year, male reindeer drop their antlers at the beginning of winter, usually late November to mid-December. Female reindeers retain their antlers till after they give birth in the spring. Therefore, according to EVERY historical rendition depicting Santa's reindeer, EVERY single one of them, from Rudolph to Blitzen, had to be a girl. You should've known... ONLY women would be able to drag a fat-ass man in a red velvet suit all around the world in one night and not get lost. trink39.gif

I just got a update from my sister in-law They took his feeding tube out smile.gif & he is walking around & eating a bit more applaudit.gif His step kids from the States are here looking at a few places that have assisted living apt's which is Great, at least that way they will have thier meals always prepared & their place cleaned & nurses on site when needed !! I have told my brother they need to take his driving license away from him & my Step mom too . She hasn't driven in years but keeps getting it updated & my Dad just should not be driving at all !! My brother agree's & with his van still being down south maybe it won't come back ( wishing on my part ) but it will be sold along with both their homes . It is time . yes.gif Dad I wish Well yes.gif heart.gif

    Great news!

I have a second-cousin who's 96 and she, at her daughters' insistence, moved into one of those assisted living communities a few years ago. It's wonderful. She has her own apartment, but there are meals and snacks always available, they have someone who comes in and cleans, and there's always a nurse on duty (plus they're near an emergency medical facility.) They also have daily buses to places around town and all kinds of activities onsite. We were all so relieved knowing she wasn't living alone in that trailer anymore.
