The premise of this seems to be “what do you think of his voice lately?” No one knows what it sounds like. Hasn’t sang live in over 2 years.

Cool. Someone should meeet treeduck to see if he’s real.
I thought some had already at past Rush gigs
Sounds more like a dread pirate Roberts scenario to me. Every time another treeduck wants to move on the current one trains someone on loving the saints, Judas Priest, big hair, and pretending Rush is metal while the old one rejoins modern society.

Sounds like they were told they needed one more song quickly to fill out the cd and put this piece of crap together

This lack of Grudenisms is getting old. Is he phoning it in from the beach?
He's being coached from the sidelines by the Anti-Grudenism Brigade!
Who could possibly be anti Gruden?!?!?
Not Anti-Gruden, Anti-Grudenism. They're the die-hard Bucs fans who don't like to see Gruden's commentary made fun of after he got a Super Bowl win for them.
I’m not Anti-gruden but we were able to see through his bullshit and how he consistently lied to players during his tenure here. He’s quick to gush but slow to tell a player they’re not in his plans.

I see a lot of intentional penises in this thread. Misleading title.

Why would you think that? Bogie is among the top 25 actors in history. Hell, some sites have him ranked in the top 10.Where's Bogie?
I thought about him, I just didn't expect anyone would vote for him. I made sure Edward G Robinson was in though.
What does Edward G have to do with Bogie?
Same era, both known for being in gangster films and they starred together in Key Largo, Brother Orchid, Bullets or Ballots, Kid Galahad and Dr Clitterhouse.
Bogie is my fave of all time. Not sure why you wouldn’t think he would get votes.

WHATS THIS THREAD ABOUT?

I don't think it should be assumed that a religion and spirituality or LGBT sub forum would divide people ..
Spirituality, at least in my mind, can encompass a wide range of things to talk about ... For example, Nikola Tesla was by all accounts an absolutely brilliant human being, and he integrated some very interesting spiritual beliefs into his theories .. The same can be said for Taoism, Traditional Chinese Medicine and The Five Elements ..
The potential for discussion here in incredible, and encompasses a whole lot more than just The Old Guy With The Beard vs The Red Guy With The Pitchfork
I posted the question but made no assumptions. I’m still curious even though I haven’t seen any real answers to that, just the usual arguing

To have some level of organization it’s necessary to have the place subdivided by topic. Do these ideas divide people or just add more topics? I’m not sure.

When they were huge the only person I knew that was into them was my girlfriends 13 yo sister. They were a teeny bopper band and a joke.

Let me just say this if Bon Jovi get in the RRHOF and PRIEST don't there'll be hell to pay! :fury:
I predict that this is exactly what will happen.

There are those that worship rush here and those that have fallen from the pure faith. We even have those that dare question the great Neil pearl. The whole form seems religious at times.

I’ve been very fortunate I guess. I saw porcupine tree before the end and I’ve never seen Bon Jovi.

Is it metal?

I’m not personally affected but I feel bad for the families of the younger ones like Chris Cornell and Chester Bennington. Leaving kids behind is tough to handle.

I don’t own any but I like them. I would get rush ones.

If they’re done why is there a promotional app? What are they promoting?

Can’t pick from 94/95/96. Too many great albums those three years. I was 28,29,30. Some great albums came out when I was in high school but my collection was basically 1966-1984 so no one year killed me like the mid 90s.

Nina Simone is not a huge star. She is/was a talented singer, but was never all that well known.Link Wray was a guitar master, as was Rosetta Tharpe- they do merit consideration. Simone- c'mon. She's a huge star.
The Meters brought the funk before it was commonly brought. The Neville brothers were members.
Then you’ll be happy to hear Bon Jovi is also nominated. Not very artistic, but well known enough. I’d rather listen to Nina.
Why Geddy Lee is one of the nicest men on Earth.
