This list of choices is deeply flawed. Where is Catherine Zeta-Jones? Where is Rachael Ray? Where is Natalie Portman? Hel-lo? But from that list, I'll go with Salma. Oh, yeah.

I always thought that "the mother of all machines" referred to necessity, since necessity is the mother of invention and all machines are inventions.
