That image is a bit strange. To me anyway. "Roll the Bones", in it's lyrics, mentions Lady Luck a few times. While Lady Luck is sometimes depicted with a blindfold, she doesn't have a scale. That's Lady Justice, who does always wears a blindfold.
The entire album, lyric-wise has a bit to do with luck. Not so much justice. Not certain about the birds either.
Maybe I'm missing something.

Going on sale Tuesday at Noon (EDT) on iconic.collectionzz.com! There are two different versions available, both are screenprints (not cheap lithos), measure 18 x 24 inches, and include a holographic sticker for authenticity on the back. The Main Edition of 125 ($75) is printed on French White 100lb Cover, and the Swirl Foil Edition of 75 ($125) is printed on a very mesmerizing slick oil foil paper. These are official Rush posters.
