  1. QUOTE (Alex @ Apr 20 2010, 03:42 PM)
Alright, I think I did Okay. Section 120 row 17. about $155 per ticket, and thats my money. I had a hold of row 14 floor for $350 but my Dad advised me against it. So I think I got some good seats for a better price. And they are touring next year, so I probably will do multiple shows when they have more Canadian dates. I see nothing wrong with not being on the floor so, like I said, I think I did alright.

My Dad said he wouldn't pay $350 for a ticket even if God himself was performing miracles on stage LOL.

I'm guessing you got your tickets through a presale of some kind??

    From the MusicToday site:

"...artwork is not final yet, but don't miss your chance to take advantage of this exclusive offer!"

Not a huge fan, but I will certainly be getting one yes.gif

One of my rules for attending a concert is that you must always get a tour shirt with the dates/locations on the back. It's a must have smilies-8579.png

  3. I called Ticketmaster today and after trying to deal with the automated system, I eventually got a REAL PERSON new_thumbsupsmileyanim.gif I confirmed that the presale, which you need a password for, beings tomorrow and that the regular sale starts on Friday at 10 am for both shows. As we already knew.

I also asked about ticket prices for the ACC show, not both sorry sad.gif, and this is what I was told. The prices are $50, $75, $119 and $139. I believe each one was plus $0.50, but I wasn't really paying attention to the cents tongue.gif. And I'm pretty sure those are the prices before all the frees, charges, and tax.

So that's not too bad. I'll probably end up in the $75 section...

  4. So from what I can gather, if you don't have an American Express card you could potentially get shafted out of good seats simply because you don't have that credit card... I could be wrong though.

Also, there is nothing about the tickets even going on sale on Live Nation.

So what is this AMEX? If I don't have one, does that mean I can't participate in the pre-sale? Can't I just use a credit card like Ticketmaster?

I just searched AMEX on Google and it appears to me that it stands for American Express. Which, as you probably know, is a type of credit card. So I would say that if you don't have one, such as myself, you'll just have to wait till the regular sale on Friday...

I was wondering how good the seats are there myself and I found a this Journey video from the NYS Fair on Youtube
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DkMR08vn0aQ

That's front row center and it looks good to me! The best I could score today is TrackD Row 15. Hopefully the crowd will be good considering this type of venue.

    Right on 1022.gif

Looking forward to this show even more now common001.gif As long as the stage/seat set up is the same idea as that show...

And ya, I'm really hoping for a good crowd as well yes.gif

Well, Geddy's side if nothing else!

    yes.gif True 1022.gif

You'll be right in the middle, so Neil's side?? confused13.gif tongue.gif

ha! I've never been in center before, always to one side or the other.

It should be good then 653.gif As long as we're not just staring at their shoes the whole time. Or having to look up the entire show resulting in a rather sore neck at the end of the evening new_thumbsdownsmileyanim.gif

We'll see. Well, we can party like the guys in I Love You, Man haha.

laugh.gif True. I was pretty much planning on doing that anyway common001.gif I hope the crowd is good. I intend to be on my feet for the entire show!
