There isn't a Rush song I truly hate, but Red Tide...ugh! The grating horns just throw it off, and I mean WAY OFF!

For me, it'll have to be:

1. Lazing on a Sunday Afternoon

2.You're My Best Friend

3. Very close between YYZ and Sweet Lady, but I'd barely go with Sweet Lady

4. Love of my Life

5. The Prophet's Song

6. Very close between Witch Hunt and Bohemian Rhapsody, but BoRhap takes the cake

7. God Save The Queen

 

Moving Pictures isn't really my favorite Rush album, plus I've been a Queen fan much longer. Bohemian Rhapsody is among my favorite songs of all time, and the album it comes from is among my favorite albums, if not my favorite. A Farewell to Kings is right below it. I may have triggered some of you, but if that's the way it's gonna be, so be it.

Time to revive this gem.

 

Xanadu has got it all. Variety of tempos. Atmospheric. Fury. Beauty.

 

What more could a woman want?

What minute?

Hands down, the musical orgasm during Witch Hunt (Part III of Fear). This is especially true on the Grace Under Pressure Live version. The way the bass riff that just f***ing EXPLODES into those big, 1980s synthesizers. It's like a thousand orgasms at once.

 

That's what launches Witch Hunt into the Top 10 for me. I get chills everytime.

RUSH- Here Again

 

I have purchased the Signals album, and it's actually really lit! This brings the albums I own up to six.

I hadn't heard a truly annoying Rush song until I ran into Red Tide while listening to Presto one day. The horns are cringeworthy. But they're bad enough to just throw the whole song away.

Hey, I just joined this forum today. I'm a Rush fan since December, and with good reason! I've only listened to 10 studio albums in their entirety so far, and I enjoy most of the songs on them! However, I might as well include my least favorite:

2112- Something For Nothing

A Farewell To Kings- NONE

Hemispheres- Hemispheres (there are still good parts of it)

Permanent Waves- Entre Nous

Moving Pictures- NONE

Signals- New World Man

Grace Under Pressure- The Body Electric (least memorable)

Presto- RED TIDE (f**k I hate that song)
