It is sad that most of the great 70s bands are gone. Even the ones that are still around are just not the same. One of the saddest parts about getting old is seeing the heroes of our youth die...I wish they would just fade away

I remember scanning the newspaper(!) classifieds to look for scalpers with tickets, but here is my favorite memory....
A buddy of mine had a cousin who knew a guy who could get us good seats. He gave us an adress in Queens NY to go meet the guy. We find the street and are driving up and down looking for the address, but there is no such number. After a couple of minutes a guy steps into the road, flags us down, and asks us if we came for the tickets...
Looking back not the smartest thing I ever did and the worst part is that I was just along for the ride!

I never understood the love of Tai Shan. or the hatred of Red Lenses. Tai Shan is okay, but Red Lenses is much better
