i was a casual old school rush fan (ged singing really high and guitar oriented stuff) up to about 4 years ago when my son got me to listen to more of the synth era songs ... and now when i choose a rush record to listen to, it's four out of five times the synth stuff ... maybe it's because I'm getting older i don't know ... but I guess that's the genius that is rush .. they have made music that ages well .. I just love um ... listening to Power Windows now

Not many fans get to follow a band in tact for 40 years with pretty much the original members. (Yeah, I know Rutsey) As a matter of fact I don't know if any band has survived 40 years with all original members. (Yeah I know, Rutsey) So while I get the disappointment, we have been blessed and spoiled to have Rush for so long!

He’s been my favorite since ‘82 or ‘83 when I saw that HBO special, Carlin at Carnegie Hall. I was only 10 or 11 then but it was hilarious even to my very young ears.
i saw my first Carlin special at 11 and that was it.
have All his CD'S. books and his stand up special boxset.
