Peyton Manning is a first ballot hall of famer no doubt but I can't stand when his name is mentioned as one of the greatest of all time. He shouldn't be in the discussion. His Daddy, Tom Brady on the other hand...........

Peyton's a guy I hate seeing get old. In his prime he was a great passing quarterback and even late in his career, but it's time. He might have the stuff to make it onto a coaching staff, though.
This is what I can't wait for, it'll start with the vols, then who knows, his mind is the right mind for the game that's for sure.

DENVER—Noting that he is no longer capable of safely maneuvering across the field on his own, the Denver Broncos announced Tuesday that quarterback Peyton Manning will now be accompanied in all games by a specially trained assistance dog. “Given Peyton’s age and physical limitations, he needs Scout to help him navigate the pocket and find his way to and from the huddle,” said head coach Gary Kubiak, adding that the 2-year-old Labrador retriever—who the veteran quarterback will have on a leash at all times when stepping into the backfield—can recognize all of Manning’s voice commands and hand signals at the line of scrimmage and will then carefully guide him through a play accordingly. “Scout will make sure Peyton can move around slowly and securely without falling down or running into one of his offensive linemen, and he’s trained to bark if there’s a defender blitzing Peyton’s blind side. Not only is he a guide and helper, but he’s also a companion, and they’ve already become great friends.” Kubiak added that he has already had to tell younger Broncos players that they are prohibited from petting Scout during games in order to avoid distracting the canine and risking Manning being seriously injured.
Broncos fan here and I lost a bet. I bet a guy I worked with a sixer that Peyton WOULDN'T START this year. I obviously lost that bet. Seriously though, we've been wondering when not if for a long time. Poor guy's body has stopped working and his mind is as sharp as ever. Tough situation for the worst of us at the best of times. That being said, you all should know that most of the long-term Bronco fans (yeah, those of us that still call up that old Homer Simpson bit EVERY GAME) have been expecting this for at least a year if not more, and are stoked to see what young Osweiler can do.
Here's to Peyton f***ing Manning and the incredible dedication he brought to his craft (CHEERS).

I'm kidding. people here love their dream theater and hair metal, but no one's gonna give you shit for liking neurosis, melvins, saint vitus, electric wizard, similar artists. you'll probably get less responses than if you were discussing, for example, queensryche or something, but there are fans of rawer, sludgier shit around here. myself included

Once you get used to bathory's posting style, it's easy to tell when he's f***in around and when he's serious.

Unfortunately our previous drummer had some personal issues that caused scheduling issues that prevented us from getting together on a regular basis.

I always pick Argonian. Always.
Funny, my first character was a Kajit (barehanded pub fights bonus FTW!) and my second was a Breton.
Never went with the Lizard guy though maybe one day I will.
I went full on one-handed/shield Nord, wearing the heaviest armor I could find. Guy was a juggernaut.
Karl is currently lvl 22 argonian (5th character)
skill emphasis on sneaking, archery, and light armor
pick the argonian because you can BREATHE UNDERWATER - easy pickings for early lvls, sell ALL of the waterbreathing potions
histskin is amazing in that last moment NO MAGIC NO FOOD NO POTIONS but the dragon is so close to dead

In Morrowind I remember always drowning at the bottom of some stupid lake cave because I never had water-breathing abilities.
The one thing I don't like about Skyrim / Morrowind and all those games though is the way they handle weapon charges. Example: I once found a glass jinkblade that had paralysis on it with 200 pts of charge. Awesome, right? But every single time you hit anything with it it'd drain charges and then eventually it was crap unless you recharged it with filled soul gems. Which weren't really super easy to get, at least not for my MW character. I don't know, I kind of wish you could 'turn off' the powers on an item in these games so it wouldn't constantly drain chrages against yard trash like mud crabs and the like.
Also RE: Skyrim... NO CONSTANT EFFECT & NO LEVITATE MAKES JACK A SAD PUPPY.
Ha! I have this horrible habit of always having more than one, i.e. 1 Dwarven bow of paralysis, 1 Dwarven Bow. Both favorited, both utilized.
I've come to enjoy poisoning weapons over enchantments, once your alchemist lvls get up there, it becomes a game changer, your weapon is whatever you need it to be.
I also have this horrible habit of WALKING EVERYWHERE. No horses, no fast traveling unless nearly overencumbered (YAY STEED STONE). It leads to many many hours of gathering and poking in dark corners.
I've never finished the story mode either :P
