  1. "Lonely Days" first 45rpm vinyl record. Because it reminded me of The Beatle's "Because", Steppenwolf's "7" album, because of the Chrome Skulls on the album art. bPHq6Ff.jpg First 8 Track, The Carpenters, "Ticket To Ride" originally titled "Offering" and based on religious leanings, And even from the beginnings, I made my own cassettes, and the first one I made was "Get Your Wings" on a hour long BASF tape in mono. My first CD was Metallica's "Master Of Puppets". First MD, [Mini Disk,CIie419.jpg] Was "Boheme" by Deep Forest. Can't remember the first MP3 album.....but that is my media oriented list...My Dad used to listen to a program called "Hymn Time" on the radio, and Mom kept WJR on the AM radio in the kitchen, I kept CKLW on my bakelite radio in my bedroom, and WJR on at night with basket ball games and Night Flight on late night.

    Nope. A common mistake Orf.

When I searched for London Bridge, the bridge you're in front of was the picture. That's all I'm gonna say!

Didn't they move the London bridge to Arizona?

    Lake Havasu

I found out shortly after my first post, that this is the Tower Bridge over the Thames river...

  3. I remember the basement in our Ypsilanti house, and the basement in our second home in Saline. Never have had to retreat to the basement in all the Apartments I've lived in. I have never seen a tornado in real life, except on TV or video. Saw one forming back in the seventies, which did completely form later in the Saline area. They are Scary phenomena for sure!

  4. Sunny. got up into the 40s, and is still pretty warm...43 to be precise. Going to start raining later tomorrow. My car had the doors all frozen yesterday. They opened fine today, and I got my car jumper out of the back and charged it up to full today. I'll be able to jump it tomorrow, and do my banking and set my car up for an oil change tomorrow.

  5. Shame on me. I've just spent hours watching reaction videos to Rush songs on YouTube.

Most are pretty good, but some are just plain DUMB.

Yeah, even though I know I'M pretty High IQ, I know there are a LOT of people who are NOT, and probably have some DUMB reactions to RUSH's awesome MUSIC! Now I'm up to season 5 of CSI:NY, and still chugging on...

  6. Just bought the Jethro Tull 40th anniversary edition of War Child, 2CD/2DVD. Can’t wait to see it arrive!

So the only other one of those fantastic 40th anniversary sets I’m missing is Thick as a Brick.

Now I WANT This. This is one of my favorite albums. The second Jethro Tull album I owned. And with all the 40th Aniversary albums I own now, there are usually extras which really KICK ARSE!
