What I meant:

I know mods will have a hard time bugging with this game every 2 days, but this isn't some weak project. It's a fun, simple game. And this is a game sub-forum, isn't it?

I got this idea from another forum:

OK, here's a little game I'm planning to start in a few days, so I need to know if anyone is going to participate in it.

This will be a poll, since I can't change poll's functions, I need a mod/admin to:

1. Make the poll so members can pick 3 options at once

2. Reset votings every 2 days

3. Removes options / adds new options to the poll

Goal: Vote out songs, until we get the champion

Short story: Every member gets 3 votes each round to vote for their LEAST favorite songs on the poll. Every 2 days, the round is over, songs with the most votes get eliminated, and the next round begins (voting is opened again, members vote again). When the list is cut down to 10 songs, the next album enters the game, and so on... Now, if some album has only 2 of it's songs remaining, both songs go to quarterfinals & semifinals. Which song will go where depends on the average votes per round. If an album has more than 2 of it's songs still in the game, the whole album continues into quarters. When we finish with the last album, the quarterfinals begin, and every promoted song from the quarterfinals enter the game, then we shrink the list down to 10, the semifinals begin (same situation). Then the top 10 is upon us! The songs, one by one, get eliminated until there's only one left standing.

Long story:

At the beginning, all the songs from the debut and FBN will be on the poll, the list should look like this:

- Here Again

- What You're Doing

- In The Mood

- Before And After

- Working Man

- Anthem

- Best I Can

- Beneath, Between & Behind

- By-Tor & The Snow Dog

- Fly By Night

So, now, everyone of you gets 3 votes to pick their LEAST favorite songs from the list, after 2 days, the songs with most votes get eliminated, the voting is reseted, and you vote again.

And when we get down to 10 songs:

And when we get that cut down again to 10 songs, 2112 enters the game... And so on until we finish Snakes & Arrows (or Clockwork Angels if it gets released in time, if not, Caravan & B2UB it will be excluded. It's the whole album or nothing at all).

Now imagine this situation:

- Finding My Way

- Take A Friend

- Working Man

- Anthem

- Best I Can

- By-Tor & The Snow Dog

- Fly By Night

- Rivendell

- .... (6 other songs)

Take A Friend gets voted out... FMY & Working Man won't remain in the poll, they will get promoted to quarterfinals & semifinals. Where which one goes is upon average votes per round criteria.

When we finish with Snakes & Arrows (or Clock. Ang.). The quarterfinals begin, and each song from their respective albums enter the game. (If some album keeps more than 2 of it's songs in the game, all 3 songs continue to quarterfinals). When we have ten songs left in the quarterfinals, the semifinals enter the game (the procedure repeats). Then The Finals/Top 10 fall upon us. We have ten songs in the poll, and they get voted out one by one, until there's only one left standing.

I know this will be a pain in the ass for mods, but believe me, it will be fun, and it will be worth it.

I know how you feel.

I'm going to high school, too. I'm two years away from graduation, and there are moments when I'm tired of living. etc. become extremely depressed, but still, I've managed to get over it many times (I just take a walk, or talk to my best friends). School's not so bad when you look at it from the right perspective.
