  1. Anyone else notice how high Geddy's voice gets near the end of the Wish Them Well clip?

Anyway, I love all of these! wub.gif 1022.gif

It almost sounds like Headlong Flight will be blown away by some of these songs...

I mailed my book about a week before the show. I sent it with a prepaid  return address envelope . It was returned to me about a week after the show, i really did not believe Neil would sign it, but he did. It does work, good luck 1022.gif
    p.s.
I put Att- Neil Peart / Rush

Wow, is it really that easy? I have to try this biggrin.gif

    But hmm.. what to send..

I'm sure you guys think differently then me, but for me an autograph isn't really special unless I met the person that signed it. If I just sent in something to the venue and got it back with three signitures it would be cool yeah, but it wouldn't have the magic to me that it would have if I had met the person, so then it would seem much more personal, that autograph was meant for ME, not my name on a list of paper. confused13.gif confused13.gif confused13.gif

For me, any setlist is a dream setlist, because it'll only be my 2nd time seeing 2.gif !! ohmy.gif

Gotta make up for lost time....

    Deep.....

Anyway, same with me, it will only be my second show, and I'm oing to opening night so I figure I'll have a uch more fun time if I just let it happen...

With the indoor shows, 2112 would work as a good opening song. Just imagine the house lights going down, and then the unmistakable "whzzzzzzz"ing intro to 2112...and the place going NUTS... 1022.gif

That's why 2112 was their opener from 2112 all the way through to Moving Pictures (MP was the first tour where they stopped after Temples, though)

    oops.gif

Yeah um... I hate to rain on your parade but that's just not true...

The opener on the 2112, All The Worlds A Stage, Farewell to kings, and Hemispheres tours was always either Anthem or Bastile Day.

    All Good new_thumbsupsmileyanim.gif

We Hold On! That would have great energy live. Love Larger Bowl, but I dunno about live. Maybe Spindrift or Hope? I love Far Cry, but I'd like to hear something I haven't before.

Yeah, I know!! This song never seems to get any credit sad.gif....

It's a great song and I think people would love the lyrics and theme now because well rush is putting out a new album after some 38 years!! Thats more than barely holding on to me!! bacon.gif

  6. If a few songs from Snakes and Arrows were played next tour, what you want them to be?

The Way the Wind Blows is by far my favorate song on S&A, and I actually genually hope that they play this one again!

What with all the kinda-trash talking of Snakes and Arrows with Clockwork Angels coming out soon, I was just wondering what everybody else would wanna hear live the most from that album...

  7. If I started an only rush room on Turntable.fm, would anyone here use it?

I think it'd be fun to be able to get together and play some rush songs with each other biggrin.gif

I did the presale last year. If memory serves, you get in using the password in the email, you get your ticket and then you make an account when paying for it. Either that or the link appears when you click "buy your tickets" for your concert. I don't remember exactly.

    OK. Thank you new_thumbsupsmileyanim.gif

Actually, have you goten the email yet?

I got it and I was searching through the pre-sale part at the bottom and I couldn't find a passcode confused13.gif

Is the passocde the same as for the VIP package?

  9. On the music today page, it says that you need to have an acount in the band community to buy tickets, but it doesn't give a space o make an account or sign in. When thy say that, are they just talking about your name and email like when you sign up for the emails?

Pre - sales start tomorrow!! Please help before then!!!

    Thanks

Led Zeppelin is the correct reference point for all things related to heavy music: hard rock, metal or otherwise.

    ......................Black Sabbath biggrin.gif new_thumbsupsmileyanim.gif

  11. Yeah, i also was wondering about the pre-sales. I signed up for the news letter and it said it had emailed me something but there's nothing there. confused13.gif

Because tickets go on sale really soon, a little more than a week, I'm kinda worried I'm going to miss the pre-sale...

Has anyone else gotten pre-sale emails yet?

    I have spoken.

    Or the whole thing!! trink39.gif

Either way the opening of that song would be perfect for the first song of a show!

As for subdivisions, I think that that would be kind of anticlamactic. It's s goods song yeah but a set opener?..... I just can't see it....
