Got any good Turkey recipes?

Finally got around to trying Spring Turkey hunting. Been watching shows on TV. Seen many turkeys during the deer season, but never got to go during mating season. I got all set up with decoys and a box call. As the sun roze I could hear a gobbler in the distance, but could not get him to come....so after an hour or so I went stalking. I could hear but not see him. Moving slowly eventually I got a glimps...There he was struttin his stuff, but with several hens around He showed no interest in my calls. http://www.nwtf.org/all_about_turkeys/images/history_of_turkey/florida.jpg

 

Still couldn't get close enough but I snuck up behind the closest tree and waited. after thirty minutes or so, the hens started heading my way, so I hit the ground and layed still, They walked by and a few minutes later the Tom began to follow in full strut...Thats all she wrote...
