I found this for a ridiculously low price on Saturday and couldn't pass it up!

I've watched everything but 'Temple of Doom'. I've got to admit that I don't like that one very much. Still, it's nice to own the others.

One of the most enjoyable trilogies of all time. I agree that the 2nd one is the weak link BUT it's still watchable.

Btw, how much is 'ridiculously low price'? A nickel? Seriously though, since I rarely make it back stateside, I don't really know what current prices/sale prices are on things.

$25.00 at Costco! new_thumbsupsmileyanim.gif The last time I saw it in a store it was going for about $50.00.

Well I was gonna buy "M", but all Borders had was the Criterion edition, which was like $40... sad.gif and I just can't afford that. So I guess it'll be a rental for now.

Is it cool to post rentals (they are temporary acquisitions, after all) in this thread?

Well, it is technically supposed to be for DVDs you've actually bought, but I'm not going to be a hardass about it.

Fantastic movie, worth every penny! The ending wasn't at all what I expected.

I have had to get all my CSI dvds online....they're just too damn expensive to buy in the stores.

For example CSI season 7 @ Amazon= $45

CSI season 7 @ Best Buy= $90!!!!!!

I have a friend who works in home entertainment at Paramount. She said they are re-releasing this whole set as special editions. The Godfather trilogy too.

I, too, bought the Indiana Jones Series. My 2001 special edition came last month along with my 4 disc edition of Blade Runner.

However, my blu-ray version of Rattittoulie is my favorite recent purchase!
