Justice League trailer

If Christopher Nolan ain't directing a DC superhero film, I ain't watching it. Batman V. Superman was the last straw.

Marvel continues to bitchslap these fools

They don't need Nolan or Snyder. Look how many directors Marvel's films have had. And many have been good.

How many times can people pay to see the same movie ?

All these shitty new movies are like a checklist of clichés

The same applies to most horror movies, comedies, and a lot of the bands you listen too.

I used to argue against superhero films, but they resonate with a lot of people, and the characters have in many cases existed for decades.

What's the big deal? Watch something else.

LOL - I told my son ZS is directing again and all he said was "ugh, more falling skyscraper spam". We might very well wait for video for anything ZS does

Of the Snyder-directed films that I've seen...

Dawn of the Dead ('04): liked it, no skyscraper spam

300: liked it, no skyscrapers in sight

Watchmen: liked it, skyscrapers falling were required in order to follow the comic

Man of Steel: so so, too many skyscrapers falling

Bats v Supes: hated it, too many skyscrapers falling again

so if I'm reading this right... you basically said "100% of Snyder superhero flicks had tons of buildings falling down" ;)

Sure. 3. One was absolutely necessary and showed exactly what it needed (Watchmen). The other two were grossly overdone.

To me the undisputed heavyweight champion of the falling skyscraper is Michael Bay.

Agree big time.

In fact, I nearly posted the same thing but I edited myself and posted a different reply.

You know for a while I was sick of superhero movies. But people genuinely love them and there is a huge market for them.

And you know what? I really am looking forward to Suicide Squad!

Besides the same argument is thrown at Disney animation. Thankfully Zootopia went some way to prove there is plenty of new themes and topics to cover through family animation but even the formulaic stuff is good fun!

And when I am in the right mindset, probably a few years from now, I may get back into the Marvel universe.

Wasn't too impressed by the slo-mo shot of Aquaman sucking down a bottle of booze. Is that supposed to make him look more "bad ass"......??

The liquor companies think so......

Their first idea was to have a slo-mo of him mating with Wonder Woman Khalessi-style but thought it might not get by the censors

These "Game Of Thrones" days? Surely you jest! Obligatory in 3...2...1...

Quit possibly the lamest music I've ever heard for a movie trailer.

You could very well be right but that still sounds like a challenge.

Trust me...it's not! When they made that soundtrack somebody in the studio must've said "What if I slap my c*ck on the guitar and use it as atmosphere music for the trailer? That'd be so rad!"

"Cockmosphere" sounds like either a term to describe the bravado of bands like Skid Row or a new film produced by the Trailer Park Boys

LED ZEPPELIN were the KINGS of COCK ROCK in the day.....

Can someone tell me what happens in the trailer?

When Batman throws the bat that is spinning around I fall asleep everytime....

Does Will Hunting ever show up??

That is Batman's take on the Japanese 'Shuriken' of 'Martial arts' fame, and a Nolan introduction in "Batman Begins".

And I was ripping on the fact that if something happens in a Larger city in any country, a skyscraper is gonna take some damage, eh?

Those costumes, Segue's last comment, and Batman v Superman are on equal levels of absurdity.

Ahh, that's Himeji-jo (Himeji castle). It's been renovated since I went there and took that pic about a decade back. Should go back and visit again because of that renovation. It is the castle that many locals would say is THE one to visit. Hard to say but it is impressive that's for sure.
